I have used Cotswoldcameras many times over the years, I have always found them responsive to questions and realistic on delivery times. All of the items I have purchased are exactly the same as if you purchased them elsewhere but a lot cheaper. I recommended them without hesitation and I am sure I will use them again in the future.

The price for my lens was amazing. Far lower than the usual UK stores. I checked Cotswold Cameras credentials carefully before ordering. Everything checked out OK so I ordered. My order was delivered promptly with plenty of tracking information, and in perfect condition. I would use Cotswold Cameras again.

Item arrived within 1-2 weeks as quoted on delivery times. Third time of using Cotswold cameras and will use them again.

Although I have unfortunately had to return an item, the reasons for doing so are not really relevant to this review.

What I do want to comment on is the customer service I received from Cotswold Cameras. My complaint was acknowledged within an hour, and I received a courteous, professional and understanding response. There was no argument or attempt to avoid the issue. The company immediately offered to arrange collection of the item and provide a full refund.

Whatever my reasons for deciding to return the product, I could not reasonably have asked for more in terms of how my complaint was handled. The customer service I received was prompt, polite and efficient throughout.

I ordered a camera from Cotswold Cameras much cheaper than anywhere else. It came within 9 days and the product is excellent, packaged well and is a joy to use. Would very much recommend.

I’ve bought two cameras with Cotswold and have had no issues. Delivery takes a while but they will tell you this upfront. You can pay additional for fast delivery.

Third time I have purchased from Cotswold Cameras and each has been a simple stress free process. Thoroughly recommended.

I have changed from Canon to Nikon.I bought a Nikon Z8 and 3 lenses from Cotswold cameras and was delighted with the choices I had and the ease of ordering what I wanted. I still want another lens which was out of stock at the time and will definitely order from this company. All items came boxed and packaged well,delivery was about 8 days.The whole process was seamless,would recommend.Price was excellent.

My first purchase from Cotswold Cameras and certainly not my last. Communication throughout the process of delivery was excellent and the new lens absolutely perfect. The price could not be bettered elsewhere. I did initially have concerns about the functioning of the lens which I believed may be faulty. I emailed Cotswold Cameras and received an immediate response from David with a very detailed explanation addressing my concerns. The lens was functioning as it should and it was a lack of understanding on my part with regard to the internal mechanism. I am very impressed with Cotswold Cameras who provide a first class service and product. Do not be afraid to purchase cameras/lenses from this company you will not be disappointed.
