Very happy with every purchase I've made at Costway. Besides having amazing sales, product delivers fast and in good/great condition. I've only ever had 1 issues with a part of a bed frame that was missing and they were quick to resend an entire new bed frame leaving the original with us to use as parts if ever needed. Amazing company.

Product was disappointing.
Product was said to be for 3 - 8. In reality it was more designed for 3 - 5. I didn’t get all the hardware or remote for it. Company did offer to send missing items. I only needed the remote for resale. As the product will only last a year.

After consulting with the manufacturer they have gone over and above to rectify the situation. The after sales service is amazing! 5 stars
The product itself arrived ok. However, some of the poles are already starting to rust. The gazebo is very flimsy and moves in the wind, even though it is screwed into our deck. The canopy (only the top comes with it, no side curtains or mosquito nets) is so thin and it creates pockets of rain on the top that should just run off as they have the holes for draining. Very disappointed with my purchase!

The price was reasonable. The delivery was timely. I absolutely loved building the set with my son. Using a drill made it a fast process.
Finally, and most importantly for me, the table, chairs and bench are all heavy. We live on the coast and it gets very windy.
In terms of appearance, it looks exactly like it does on the site.
We love it 😀

Had to pay for return shipping charges
I ordered these chairs but they weren’t the colour that I wanted so I returned them in the original box but never received the full amount that I paid. I had to pay $50 for shipping charges, I would never order again in case I had to return the item.

Easy assembly and good shipping.
