The customer service is good and the product is fine. But the minute I ordered it, it started popping up in my feeds with much lower pricing for the same product from your company. So I feel slightly ripped off. You also said the item was available at the Canadian warehouse and it wasn't. It was shipped from the US with no tracking available until it hit the Canadian border. May 11th to the 22nd I think was the time frame of the tracking blackout. I don't believe you're a Canadian company at all.

As for the shipping and warehouse location: our website serves both Canada and the U.S., and we have warehouses in both countries. However, we do not display which warehouse an order will be shipped from, as this is determined in real time based on inventory availability. At the time of your order, the Mix Grey‑grey color was only available in our U.S. warehouse, so it was shipped from there. Regarding tracking updates: UPS does not provide tracking information until the package enters the Canada and is scanned into the UPS Canada system. That is why there was a period from May 11th to May 20th with no tracking updates. We regret for any confusion this may have caused.

Smaller than expected but nice set
3 Boxes delivered on three different days , assembly took about three hours, not difficult but a few screws or stripped. Table is smaller than expected-quite narrow. Could’ve been a little wider. Chairs could benefit by a back cushion as well as they only go up mid back but all in all it is a nice looking set.

Disappointed with our purchase
The table looks nice, but it should not be marketed as a 6–8 person table. When fully extended, you can’t even fit two chairs comfortably on the long sides because the table legs get in the way. One chair fits fine, but the second person cannot sit properly under the table and their legs end up hitting the table leg. We are very disappointed with the design.
It also isn’t worth the hassle of disassembling and returning it. In addition, each chair took about 30 minutes to assemble, which was much more time-consuming than expected.

I wish I knew these existed sooner
I wish I knew these existed sooner! We were spending $8 a load on laundry in our building and just had a baby so this will pay for itself in 3 months. It was super easy to install and it holds more than I was expecting. Only issue so far was getting the stickers off the front of it. Would highly reccomend.

No customer service.
I received the delivery in open and damaged condition. I paid for delivery protection and nothing was done to help me with my complaint. I wanted an exchange but was met by obstacles and just gave up after twice trying to resolve.
I won't deal Costway again and recommend others against dealing with this company as well.
