Ordered two costumes on the 28th of September for Halloween only one came in. They told me that the other one was on the way and not to be worried, still never came, so I emailed again and they said it wasn’t on the way and that it would be sent in 24 hours, didn’t show up, so I emailed again and they said “sorry some idiot forgot to send it and now it’s sold out, thanks for understanding”

Good costume, excellent quality, I liked the service!

I placed an order for Demon Slayer Kochou Shinobu (XL) and Kyoujurou (XXL) outfits on October 5 2021 and paid extra for fast shipping to Montreal. The first outfit, which my big 7-years-old loves arrived on October 18 in good order. I really wish they came in adult size. The coat is simply gorgeous. The second outfit arrived on October 19 and in good order as well. I've seen different sites where the company is/was labeled as fraudulent. My experience negates this. What I think it is is that some had bad customer service experience. There is the downside that they do not advise when the package is being shipped. However, they have responded to my email inquiries the next day, which I appreciate.

We ordered a Tanjiro and Rengoku costume from cosplaysky.ca. The Rengoku was totally fine but the Tanjiro costume came with moldy pieces, wrong size and missing the earrings. I emailed customer service and they asked me if I can just wash the costume to remove the mold and that the costume doesn't come with earrings so I should check the description again and know what I am ordering. After sending them pictures of the mold and the description showing it came with earrings they offered to refund $30 but also wanted me to send a picture of the costume to show it was the wrong size. I sent the photo and also explained that I feel $30 wasn't exactly sufficient as I had to soak pieces of the costume in bleach to get the mold out, tailor the costume to fit my daughter and purchase earrings. They responded that I actually had to send pictures of measurements on the costume to prove it is the wrong size......at this point I kind of lost it and they ended up just refunding the $30. Just terrible customer service.

I ordered my daughter a costume in september and its now october and it still hasn't came yet they take so long shipping the costume to me i will never buy from this company again don't buy from this company they will disappoint you like they did to me.

Horrible experience. I placed an order with them because they advertised that the product I order would be shipped within 24hrs or if custom, 10-15business days.

Well it’s been a month since I placed my order & they still haven't shipped my order. I have emailed after 2 weeks & they replied saying that they need more time to make the order because I actually order something that was OUT OF STOCK and check back in another week. No where on their website did it say the item was “out of stock” or “back ordered”. A week goes by and I check and they say they need another week and a half.

I just emailed them to check my order status & we shall see but I know it isn’t shipped because I haven’t received a shipment confirmation email with my tracking number.

I also asked them why they advertise ____ shipping times & they replied,

“ There are thousands of clothes on our website. We don’t have time to change their information every day.”

So they don’t really care that they are falsely advertising & are too lazy to update their site.

If i ever get this order, I will never shop from Cosplay Sky or recommend them to anyone.

I ordered many times on Cosplaysky and worthed every time! They are very concerned on what a cosplayer needs to be confortable and getting the best results at the same time. They also have two ways of shipping to get everything on time!
My Rayla costume is one of my favs on my wardrobe and I'll keep trusting on them!

I’ve ordered from cosplaysky multiple times over the past couple years and I’ve never been disappointed! Everything always arrived safely and I’ve never had an issue with their shipping. The quality of the cosplay itself always amazes me, and I definitely continue to shop here in the future!

I ordered the Esdeath cosplay and I was really happy with what arrived. The quality was really good and the material is comfortable. I had to alter the neckline as it didn’t really plunge on myself and also the hats charm as it was a little off but aside from that, the cosplay was amazing.

I got the Raphtalia costume, the shipping was good didn’t had any problem with it, the costume itself it’s so pretty and it’s very well made very detailed.
The only thing is the sizing, I ordered Medium this is my usual sizing on other costume stores, everything fit but the sleeves I would suggest make them a little bit wider since the fabric doesn’t stretch. A normal shirt has the sleeves a little big bigger to have room for movement, Aside that I’m very pleased with this costume.

I ordered a Lady Dimitrescu dress from Trendsincosplay, run by Cosplaysky/Cossky. It was okay-made and the dress fabric is beautiful! The necklace was a bit inaccurate and the gloves are not leather or pleather, as they should be. The hat is a cheap little straw hat, definitely too small for this costume. The dress is EXTREMELY long and only useful for a photoshoot, where you'd have to stand on a step ladder or something. Definitely couldn't wear this at a convention. Standard shipping was efficient. Struggled a bit with sizing, as my dress is MUCH too big, despite following the sizing guide. I wouldn't recommend this company. I experienced issues with a previous order, where I added DHL shipping to my cart, but instead, it was sent through standard shipping. I couldn't get hold of them to let them know and had to demand a refund for that. My boyfriend also ordered from them and had 2 very expensive items in his cart and he paid for DHL shipping. Only 1 if the items arrived. He contacted them about the second, and they were oblivious about it. And then they told him they'd need to make it from scratch. He waited over a week and still no correspondence. He wanted them to send it via DHL too, since he paid for DHL, but they refused and said it would be too expensive. Some more time went by and he still didn't have any feedback. Eventually he asked for a refund, which he only got about 2 weeks later.
Finally, their customer service is horrendous. Their email system has been down. With my first costume, I tried to contact them numerous times, because they weren't shipping with DHL, and all my emails bounced back. After contacting them over and over on their Facebook page, I eventually got a response. Now, it seems there's 1 person dealing with emails. They respond with one-word answers and generally aren't very helpful or professional.
PS. they offer cosplayers a chance to be featured on their social media pages, in exchange for 5 star reviews.

The quality of this cosplay is really good! I was very satisfied with it, the size is fine as well and the materials are quite durable and realistic, for now this is the best cosplay shop I have ever ordered from

I ordered the Bela Dimitrescu Costume from Resident Evil 8 from their side to cosplay Cassandra Dimitrescu. And what can I say? I am really satisfied with it.
The costume itself has a good quality for its price and the Customer Service is amazing too!
It took longer than expected for the custome to be shipped and I got kinda inpatient which led to me writing the Customer Service an E-Mail, asking when my costume will depart. They quickly clarified, that the costume was out of stock due to the high demand and that they will ship it as soon as they could - Three days later it was finally shipped and it arrived kinda quickly, I think it only took like a week?

Anyways, I am really happy with my purchase.
If you need a good costume for a reasonable price you should definitely check this shop out! :)

I’ve received the cosplay very fast and have nothing to complain. The dress is made out of good quality fabric. The quality you wouldn’t expect for such a low price. There were even the head tattoos included, which I didn’t use to be honest. The necklace was nice and fit and even the choker was okay.
All in all I am very satisfied with the cosplay and would definitely buy it again.
