I ordered two Stranger Things cosplays: Robin (S4) and Eleven’s Rink o Mania outfit.
They are not only screen accurate, but they really nailed the colors and style.
I can’t wait to order more from this company!

5 star ratings are fake. Bought the Deadpool Cosplay and wow!! The outfit, gloves, boots etc aren't bad for the price but I ordered something that should have been loose on me, an XL it was tight on my wife and she is 1/2 my size. The mask they sent does not match their photos and did not fit my wife's small head. It's a solid piece of rubber with eye slits and you'd die trying to breath. I don't have time now for a new order from anywhere.

It's nice quality! and size is totally correct. The package come so Fast. Very satisfied!

I ordered my complete Marin cosplay (costume and wig) and I really like it. It arrived after two weeks (very fast!) and looks very nice! ^-^ its very comfortable.

It seems to me that this site is a scam, they do not respond to emails, they are irresponsible !!! Fortunately, cancellations can be made through PayPal, but this type of site must be reported.

Got one of the new Loki costumes here and service was super fast and they answered my questions in a very quick fashion about measurements and such.
Quality is amazing on the leather.

excellent service, my order was for 2 original designs, Nezuko and Shinobu (maid) and I loved them! the quality and details of the costumes are very nice, I loved the Nezuko jacket I can wear it on casual days not only in cosplay!

I've received Padme costume and It looks really nice.

Wrote them an email about 2 weeks after I bought my cosplay and the email was so poorly written that I came here lol (wish I would've done that earlier). Luckily I got my money back (after spamming them for like 10 minutes straight) but I'm really disappointed :/ don't trust them

I loved the costume. The suit measurements were accurate. It had many details wich gave it more realism and the fabric is of very good quality. Good customer service.

The quality of their product is superb. It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely buy from them again and wouldn't mind recommending them to my friends and followers.

I’ve ordered a majority of my cosplays from here and they all have come in on time. I usually order from here because shipping is also free and the quality of the cosplays are really good. I look forward to purchasing more!

I’ve gotten a few different cosplays from this company and I am impressed with the quality. The only issue I have had is with sizing. It seems to be all over the place for each item so be sure to check the size chart. However the one time I have had an issue with sizing the company was able to fix it at no cost to me so that’s a big plus!!

Ordered mid-September to allow plenty of time to arrive before Halloween like the site promised. The item didn't ship despite my reaching out twice. They agreed to cancel the order and refund me so I was disappointed but satisfied with that. A week later they sent me half my order, only refunded me half my money and told me I have to pay the import fees and ship the items back if I want the other half of my refund.

Horrible, do not buy from here.

Absolutely horrible and useless customer service! Ordered a costume for my son on September 14...and as of today, Oct 31, nothing yet received.

Reached out to them at the month mark, got a generic answer. Their shipping policy is misleading if not fallacy. I cannot believe that this business can continue to run with all those bad reviews.

Read someone suggesting to make a complaint to the federal trade commissioner and I will find all possible forum to provide this company bad reviews. May not do much but hope potential buyers will think twice before buying anything there. What a scam...

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a costume by following their own posted directions on how to ensure I would get my order by Halloween.

I ordered a costume which stated "available to ship within 24hrs" and a week later had still not received any shipping info. I emailed and was told it would take another week. A week later I emailed again, and was told they'd need another week... A week later I emailed again, and yep - you guessed it, they need another week. All of a sudden I'm being told I won't be getting it by Halloween. I replied with how unsatisfactory I felt their customer service has been, and wouldn't you know it - wow, I'm told another week and they could have it ready for me in time, but guess what? Today they emailed me saying they cancelled/refunded my order (without my permission, I still would have taken it and used it Halloween or not).

Upon looking further into reviews of their company I was met with review sites warning me that CosplaySky cherry picks their reviews to appear better than they are, and that several other customers received the same treatment I did, some even received mouldy fabric which is a huge health concern for both their consumers and workers.

I opted to report a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. False advertising and the health issues that can come from mouldy fabric were enough for me to feel they need to be checked, and with my experience I feel more justified in it. I would encourage others to file complaints as well.

I ordered one month ahead, emailed once after the two week shipping date passed was reassured tersely that it was going to ship this week. Didn't hear back had to email again, and then finally shipped telling me that none of the costumes are going to come intime and asking me if i'd like to cancel the second order. This situation could have easily been avoided if you just had clear communication, however misleading me that the product is coming on time and leaving me no time to find plan b options is extremely infuriating. I usually try to be understanding, however I don't appreciate being misled.

Pretty mad about the experience because of the mismanaged expectations and poor communication. The assured me I’d get it in time when I placed the order, I paid for express shipping and they never even shipped it. Their communications are also extremely slow, or downright unresponsive. Don’t buy from them.
