Great buy! Wish we found them sooner
The BBQ we got includes the smoker, not that we know how to use it but information was provided. Instructions are simple and easy to follow when putting together. It's very sturdy.
We actually called first as we needed it in 2 days time, the gentleman on the phone ensured me that it would come the following day to save us over an hours drive. It was a great deal. Thanks!

Nice looking bbq
Nice looking bbq. It does take some time to assemble, though it isn’t difficult. I’ve used it once and the instructions were clear on how to raise / drop temperature etc.

Outstanding customer service
Product was delivered slightly damaged (small dent) but it did affect the product or the assembly of it.
The customer service I received was brilliant and prompt and I was offered a brand new product or compensation which I felt was very fitting. The delivery and instructions of assembly was also very clear and easy.

Customer service like no other
Customer service like no other. I have never experienced customer service like this. My order was messed up by myself but Yanny and the team helped me out, long story short come Friday at 18:00 I had half a bbq, as I said my fault but Yanny and team had DPD collect and send me out the other half and I had it by 14:00 the next day, I have also used it and it is fantastic. Keep up the good work guys.

Great BBQ, Well made and easy to assemble
Bought the XL smoker charcoal BBQ, and it's absolutely fantastic. Easy to follow instructions made a nice simple job out of putting it together. Very well made, excellent quality. Have already taken for a test drive and very impressed with the results!
