Great BBQ
The actual BBQ when constructed is great it's just the actual construction leaflet. It's very vague could do with being a bit better detailed. Great product even better now I have the official cover for it. Only tried the gas side at moment so can't really say anything about smoker and charcoal side.

Really excellent service on replacement parts
I wanted to get a new bbq charcoal tray and they were sold out on the website. I asked the chat assistant Ella and she checked and found a few in stock and put me in to a brilliant ordering system. You won’t regret buying one!
The whole experience with CosmoGrills was smooth and painless. Not only is the product of genuine good quality and amazing for the price! Whenever ordering something of a decent size you always worry that you won’t be in when it’s being delivered, but having the option of choosing your preferred delivery day takes that worry away.
It didn’t take long to build either, only took about an hour. The only time I thought there might have been an issue was during the build the instructions stated I needed 44 of these specific screws, but there was only 40 of that specific screw in the set they sent. The crisis was adverted as they sent some spares in the set and it all worked out.
This did not warrant a loss of stars in the review for me though!
As the over all the experience I had with CosmoGrill means I will 100% be coming back and ordering anything else I need or want. I will also be sharing their name with my family and friends.

Platinum Yamara 6+2 Gas Barbecue
Packaged very well, arrived very quickly. Took just over 2 hours to build. instructions were easy to follow, the barbecue looks great and is of high quality. It's great that the gas regulator is supplied, also the removable fat traps and drip tray worked well.

Proactive & helpful!
We unfortunately experienced some damage with our BBQ, however Zandra was very understanding and proactive in sorting this out for us. They provided a gesture of goodwill and helped further when it didn’t initially arrive. The BBQ itself has been great too!

Absolutely absurd customer service
The £400 bbq arrived damaged. I asked for a replacement one was told no. I asked for compensation I was told no
But I was told hit it with a rubber hammer and then spray paint it. And we send you a free pizza tray.
I have spent 10 days, trying to get a better solution via what's app. As you cant call them. And all they have done is blame the delivery drive. The item arrived in 2 undamaged boxs and was packed perfectly. But Cosmo refuse to accept anything. I have photos and email to prove all of this and happy to show anyone. If you use them. I hope to the moon and back, your item is not damaged.

What a saga!!!
Since contacting Cosmo Grill at the end of June and after send 10 WhatsApp message regarding an assembly issue and a faulty part today 9th July the issues have hopefully finally been resolved. Despite assurance that they had the matter in hand it took this long for a resolution. It wasn't even a complicated complaint to resolve it only took the posting of a replacement axle and 2 wheel nuts. The saga that ensued to rectify this beggars belief.
I will however say that the Bbq itself is excellent and for £220 represents fair value. If I hadn't encountered this below average follow up customer service and assembled the Bbq first time without issue it would have been a five star review.
