The worst most nonexistent customer service ever. Can’t ever reach anyone! Paused my subscription due to this.

I had orderedTirzepatide and was confused about how to take it because it was different directions from the last company that I used. I received excellent customer service and now I feel so much better

I enrolled in this company’s weight-loss medication program through Groupon and my first month went smoothly. However, during my second month there have been nothing but significant delays that have interrupted my treatment.
My refill was supposed to ship on March 5. I was not billed until March 6, and days later (as of 03/13) I was still being told the order would “ship soon.” My last injection was February 26, and I have now gone over two weeks without receiving my medication or having any available to take.
After I initially posted a review about the issue on Groupon, someone from the company contacted me and offered a partial refund and a discount for next month’s service if I went back and posted a positive review about the product itself, promising that the semaglutide that I’d been anxiously awaiting would arrive 03/12. However, despite that call, I still have not received my medication or been given a clear shipping timeline or a tracking number.
Because this service involves prescription medication that requires consistent dosing, delays like this are absolutely concerning.

I had been having some issues with cosmeticrx and had reached out to my “team” and was getting nowhere. I finally sent an email out to customer service and received an immediate response from Melissa who took the time to understand my concerns and without hesitation handled and solved my problem within 24 hours. She is the only reason why I didn’t take my business elsewhere. She was kind and took care of everything fast and went above and beyond. Thanks Melissa!!!

My experience was everything of amazing. I emailed inquiring about products and I received a response less than 24hrs!! I received a callback as well. The conversation was informative and helpful! The rep. Was patient and friendly. Willing to help in any kind of way. The suggestions were amazing to. Don’t hesitate! Get started with cosmetic rx!!

I originally purchased a Groupon for GLP1- for this company. The process was smooth, the product arrived in a timely manner. I did have some difficulties with customer service after that until I was lucky enough to reach Melissa, she was an absolute pleasure to interact with. The process with Melissa was smooth, communication was clear and everything was handled professionally. Melissa is truly an asset to this company.

I had a question about dosage and I got a call from Melissa. She helped me understand and she was very nice. So far it has been a good experience.

I am a real person, unpaid for my opinion. I signed up through a Groupon and received my first meds within 2 weeks. I have subsequently had a screening for Tretanoin and was approved within 48 hours (About 7-10 days to receive) I agree about their website being difficult to navigate because it doesn't link to Fedex, but that isn't enough for me to take any stars away

Customer service up to this point has been non existent, I'm hoping with the new customer service rep it will be better. I would love to be able to write another review later saying what I great company this is but time will tell.
