I was really impressed with the presentation of the products - beautifully packaged, with the blue and white stripes reminding me of happy times by the seaside. I had a query and received a very quick reply. It was dealt with extremely efficiently. The products offer great value for money, and the customer service team provides brilliant support. Highly recommended.

My 1st bottle of Light Hold Hair Mousse dispensed liquid not mousse no matter how much I shook it up. The issue appears to be caused by a faulty pump. I emailed the company & they very kindly replaced the product free of charge. This one worked & produced foam, but only for a limited time. After around 6 uses it’s gone back to producing liquid. It’s a good product but disappointing that the pump has malfunctioned again. I’ve tried using a tiny amount of the liquid but it makes my hair look dull.

The order arrived fast. I was excited as I've had success using seaweed products to alleviate eczema and this brand is prominent and well reviewed. I chose the eczema bundle and several repair balm pots. The items were nice looking in packaging and quality.
Unfortunately the items didn't work out for me. I have dishydrotic eczema and my hands need intense moisturising to tackle the tough, dry skin. The repair balm was greasy and slid off. My hands felt greasy but never moisturised. It didn't help at all.
The facial oils also slid off my face, even though a tiny amount was used. The Sand one left a green taint to my skin that was commented upon each time I used it, so I've stopped.
The soap is soap - I've rarely encountered a bar of soap that warranted much note, they either smell nice and irritate my skin or smell nice and don't irritate my skin. This one is fine.
The super nutrient oil smelled nice and performed better on my arms and legs (the facial version was again, too greasy). We live in a hard water area and it did help with the dry skin that occurs on arms and legs as a result.
I contacted the company last week to give feedback, as I was asked to. I haven't heard back as yet.
I wanted to share my experiences here as all the reviews I saw before spending (such a lot of) money were glowing and suggesting these products are revelatory. That wasn't my experience, unfortunately.
I also haven't noted any less inflammation of the dishydrotic eczema using these seaweed products, I have with others (some much cheaper, I thought I'd treat myself and try the 'boutique' tier of products and that hasn't worked out for me).

Love this new hair care product, I’m only 2 weeks in but I already feel the difference and the smell is just amazing like a luxury spa washing my hair 🥰🧖🏼♀️💆🏼♀️

Happy to recommend this company. I’ve been using their shampoo for over two years now and have great success with it. So much so that I order three for the price of two. The extra goes to friends who I recommend the shampoo to.
Their site is easy to use and delivery is always on time

I have fine wavy/ frizzy hair & this brand has been a game changer for me. I don't know why I'm so surprised, that seaweed & all the other natural ingredients could be so nourishing for your hair, after all you never see a mermaid with bad hair do you ;)

I have used sulphate free shampoo for ages so I had no problem with the product lathering. If fact the lather was amazing and felt very luxurious. What my previous sulphate free shampoo did not have was purple toner to enhance my grey hair- hence the trial of the Cornish seaweed purple shampoo- Im really glad I tried it and I will be sticking with it. Im now thinking of trying other products based on the quality of this shampoo.

After menopause my coloured hair went noticeably thinner and the texture changed to very fluffy and fly away. Oily roots and frizzy ends. After just two washes I noticed a better texture. Not so fluffy and I don’t have to wash it every day now as it didn’t go oily at the roots so quickly. This surprised me as it doesn’t lather and thought it would be lank, but quite the opposite. It had more body and just felt like it was moisturised and not stripped as with a regular shampoo. I’m thrilled and would definitely recommend the super nutrient shampoo and conditioner.

I had a mixed experience. While the company was responsive to my emails, the refund process felt like a scripted sales funnel rather than genuine support.
Product Performance: After two months of use, my hair became dry, brittle, and started breaking. My scalp also became itchy—to the point where friends and family noticed the damage.
The "Detox" Script: When I reached out, clearly upset, I received a templated response dismissing my distress as a "detox phase." I have since seen this is their standard response to any negative feedback. I clarified that I have used natural products for years with no issues, and I personally perform a natural detox every 3–4 weeks anyway—so I knew this was not a "detox."
The Sales Pitch: Instead of acknowledging my experience, they insisted their product was the only "pure" option, claiming other products that claim to be natural are full of "sneaky" hidden nasties. They used this fear-based marketing tactic to try to upsell me on their "Detox Shampoo" rather than address the damage.
The Resolution: I was genuinely upset—my hair felt like straw and was breaking—and I felt completely ignored. I had to be extremely firm and refuse to back down, making it clear that I had no interest in buying more products from a brand that had already damaged my hair. Once I stood my ground, they did process the full refund immediately.
I appreciate that they ultimately honored their guarantee, but it was disheartening to be pressured into more purchases when my hair had already suffered using their products. I felt like a customer who needed support, not a sales lead.

My husband has been complaining about an itchy scalp for some time. I saw the advert for the Cornwall Seaweed Company and ordered the shampoo and conditioner. From the first application the itchy scalp had gone. He is delighted

I purchased a 3for2 offer of shampoo and conditioner. I have unfortunately, been experiencing hair loss. It is too soon to report any new growth after only 4 washes but my fine hair is no longer flyaway and overall my hair feels thicker. My scalp is less itchy too. The products smell amazing and fresh. I’m enjoying using the free gifts of face oil and lip balm. Being in central Scotland means I have no problem getting a lovely lather with the shampoo. I am already converted to only using these products from now on. The 3for2 offer gives great value for quality.

Can't believe how quick from ordering my products to how quick I received them in a matter of days. Sadly one of the products wasn't for me and this company on learning that gave me a refund for the product. Something that is very rare in these days. So far like there products and seen an improvement in my skin

My hair hasn’t felt like this for 40 years. Where it was dry, dull and lank before I used the detox shampoo and then the normal one and conditioner, now it’s soft and moisturised with its old bounce back again. It’s seaweed magic! I placed another order immediately and although it’s not cheap the offers are good and I got 6 months of product for little more than a branded shampoo would cost me.

Conditioner is very hard to get out of the bottle, it is thick and clumpy and the pumps supplied were useless. It also aggravated my psoriasis which went away after I changed back to my usual brand. Bought two bottles probably only managed to get half out of each bottle. It also left my hair dry and matted and I have read the companies reasoning behind this blaming silicones in other products but I have always used natural products free from silicones and sls. I was very disappointed especially given the cost of two bottles,

I have monstrous hair, couse and fizzy. I have been using olaplex for sometime, which served me well. I thought I might try the eczema kit for my son and ended up ordering the purple shampoo and conditioner for myself. I ordered on the 6th and only arrived yesterday. I used the hair and scalp oil, but did not have time to leave it in, so shampooed and conditioned straight away. Went to bed with my hair still a bit damp. This morning, dried and straightened. My hair really does and feel good. Really pleased I gave it a try. Would definitely recommend.
