Last thing you want is missing wedding rings by the big day, we almost had that.
Unfortunately our order was not as smooth as it should have been. Especially for a company catering to customers with a lot is stress and tight deadlines. You really don't want issues with your wedding rings.
But we did. Our order got totally mishandled. We were sent an order ID that was later identified to bring from 2019. We ordered in 2025. They never saw our order and only noticed this when we contacted them, when the wedding rings should've been in our hand already. We even paid express fees and yet ended up with a mishandled, late delivery. I'd wish I'd ask back of that express fees at least.
Long story short. Contact them immediately after your order. Make sure they got it. Make sure they are processing it. They did deliver ours before our bit day, but barely. Hopefully your experience is better.

As a recommendation, and speaking from more than 25 years of experience in jewelry production, we always advise couples not to leave their wedding band orders for the very last week before the wedding. Unexpected issues can happen anywhere along the way - from production machinery, to a new trainee, or even shipping delays. Of course, this does not excuse the situation you encountered, but it may help others plan with a more relaxed timeline for such an important event.
We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to offer you a much smoother experience in the future.
