I cannot recommend this website to others.
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from Trendhim. I received a California wallet as a gift, which was purchased through your website; however, the product arrived with an extremely pungent and unpleasant odor (resembling gasoline or aged material). Despite leaving the item to air out for several days, the odor persists, rendering the wallet unusable.
Upon contacting Trendhim representatives, I was informed that an exchange is not possible due to the item's personalization. Mrs.Polina (customer assistance) tell me to use sodium bicarbonate for that smell.That procedure didn't solve the problem. I send mrs.Polina the order informations and I will to expect to solve the problem.
