Our case was far from straightforward, tight deadlines, ongoing solicitor issues, valuation uncertainty, and constant pressure around Christmas, yet Jules remained calm, persistent and reassuring throughout.

He chased the lender relentlessly, kept us updated whenever possible, and went above and beyond to push things forward, even using his contacts to try to speed matters up. When things felt uncertain or overwhelming, Jules took the time to explain where we were in the process and what realistically could (and couldn’t) happen, which helped us stay grounded during a very anxious time.
