I've managed to withdraw 3200 with a 600 deposit but they wanted a bank statements after I wanted to place another deposit with the money I got from winning at their casino and I said pass. 😂 I don't like when they're are controlling me. The app SUCKS. I’m trying to do the bet to unlock my free bet and when I click on ‘in play’ or ‘prematch’ options both of them are just unresponsive. Beware of this scam - they will find any loophole to not cash out
BEWARE - do not create an account with this company. I added funds from my wife’s card, won on the grand national - but now the company says my account is partially limited and I can’t cash out. I’ve tried customer service multiple times to explain and they don’t help. Personally, I think it’s a scam - they happily took my money before the bet, suddenly have an issue when it’s time to cash out. Steer clear, terrible company.
