Experience Of CopyBet as a new customer
I have been using CopyBet recently and have really enjoyed my experiencing. The UI is nice and navigating the app is easy. I am unsure why there are so many negative comments. Deposits are quick and instant - only I am waiting for my withdrawals to be processed however I understand they may take a little bit of time. Overall really enjoying the app!

Avoid this bookmaker like the plague
Avoid this bookmaker like the plague! My bet won and they settled it as a loss and refuse to pay the winnings. They make up their own rules to get themselves out of paying out the win. I am in the process of making a formal complaint to the gambling commission about this company. If I can give you any advice do NOT use this bookmaker! Avoid avoid avoid!!

Dear Mr. Vaccaro,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the details of your bet.
Our Support Team has already provided an explanation regarding your wager. Please note that the market you selected was “Number of Classified Drivers,” which refers to the official race classifications and not the number of drivers who finished the race. In Formula 1, a driver can still be classified even if they did not cross the finish line, provided they have completed more than 90% of the total laps.
Your bet was therefore settled correctly, in full accordance with the official race results. We understand that the distinction between “classified” and “finishers” can sometimes be confusing, and we are always happy to provide clarification whenever needed.
If you would like to discuss this further, our Support Team remains available at info@copybet.com and will gladly assist you.
Kind regards,
CopyBet Team

I had an awful experince with copybet…
I had an awful experince with copybet and would urge anyone to reconsider betting with them. Firstly, it took over 3 weeks for them to verify my account then when I could finally deposit funds, there was an error placing bets. I attempted to speak to a customer service agent via live chat but waited over 30 minutes and no human agent was available - only AI which could not fix my problem. Eventually I just withdrew my money and closed the account.

I would give another star but your site…
Replying to your reply, it has nothing to do with my Internet connection as I'm on a giga fast connection.
Your site has been very slow since launch, it improved a little but still is slow in loading pages, I suggest you update your servers.
I would give another star but your site is so slow.
