Benefits are great I feel them everyday, plus everybody asks me about the bottle
I'd seen copper bottles on Amazon that looked like cheap junk, I'd read the stuff about copper being bad for you and the bottle going ugly after a while, and I already had a Stanley, so I figured that was enough.
Two things got me. It's genuinely a good-looking object. Mine's kept its shine and people at coworking spaces have actually asked where I got it. And I did the magnet test they talk about, where the magnet just slides right off. That was the moment I stopped worrying it wa fake.
Since then I drink more water without thinking about it, which I didn't expect. Personally I've also felt a bit better day to day, my stomach feels better from pain I use to have and I have more energy and that was part of why I wanted one, but I'll let you make your own mind up on that part.
I'm about to start taking it to the gym over the Stanley.
