Sorry but I've tried a product to stop a cat scratching a chair and it hasn't done the trick. Sprayed it on the one chair a few times now and our little git is still scratching in the the same place. He had a sniff and started scratching at it. Shame as we thought we found exactly what was needed, but in short the spray don't work so alk in all it was £15 for nothing. Also when you order even if you pay for faster shipment you still don't know when it's going to arrive, would be nice to know a time frame.

I love the fly and tick spray . I used to hate using the chemical prevention. This spray really works . We live in a very high tick area on Exmoor .

I used this all through last year and had no ticks despite being in a high deer area. Lovely smell too.

Have used products from Cooper & Gracie for our dogs for several years and have never had any problems. The anti-itch supplement of soft chews certainly works for our dog it is delivered every month and has been a god send for her.

Absolutely brilliant shampoo, bought the flea and tick shampoo for my dogs and it got rid of them straight away!

I bought the cat and dog calming hemp spray, which I discovered smells of lavender. I thought lavender was toxic to cats? I have contacted customer services and they told me there is no lavender in it. When I reiterated that it smells of lavender I was told that the product is subject to strict controls etc, but no explanation as to why it smells of lavender! I have asked for an ingredients list as there isn't one on the product or the website. I still haven't received one. I'm not going to risk using something potentially harmful on my cat and I would appreciate an explanation.

EDIT - in reply to your response, I have asked repeatedly why it smells of lavender, as none of the 3 ingredients listed on the bottle or website can explain that. no one has answered this yet. I work with essential oils and am very careful to keep anything lavender away from my cat, as it can be toxic. My cat's health is very important to me and I'm not going to simply take your word for it, as I'm sure you understand. I await your explanation of why the product smells of something that is toxic to cats, and then I will make my decision.

Bought the organic rodent deterent. So far it has not worked but we have had a fair amount of rain. Will continue to use & keep our fingers crossed.
