I was placing my very first online…

I was placing my very first online order at Coop online on 14th May 2025. All bottles and many bags were delivered to the 4th floor on 15th May 2025 between 18h30 and 19h30 (in good time). Real time vehicle tracking helps a lot. Coop's distribution hub is in Vernier, Geneva and about 12 miles away from the city of Geneva (point of delivery).

Good experience.

Blimey!
I can't believe the speed of my food delivery - 20 mins (at the most) order to delivery! Everything there, nothing damaged or out of date and a friendly, helpful driver/deliverer - what more could you want!

POOR SHIPPING/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Lucky you that had great customer service. I did not. I have been trying to track my package with UPS. While I understand weather delays I do not understand my updates not being updated in the past 3 days. When calling customer service to cancel my order I was given to choices. Wait and receive the package whenever it arrives or they will mark it return to sender and when it arrives back to their warehouse they will then refund my money. Unacceptable. Because I do not trust the company after speaking with their rep I have chosen to keep the pillows but believe me I will advise others to deal with any other company than COOP. I am more than disappointed.

This service is a blessing for me

This service is a blessing for me, at 75 yr old with bad knee. Sometimes I can do my own shopping but other times I really need this help------but I do agree with the comments about the website---- it is painfully slow, but there is no other delivery service near me , so I just take my time and go through the order form . The staff are lovely, and the delivery guys are great😁

Delivery came late & we were missing…

Delivery came late & we were missing most items. I called and mentioned my issue, then was told they cannot resend the missing products. The only thing they could do would reimburse me for the items and within 10 days I shall get my refund. Once and never again.

Slowest website imaginable

It is simply unacceptable in 2021 to have a website that is so slow. It takes about 10 seconds to place each item into the basket, it is infuriating. We order regularly but it is so painful that we are starting to order elsewhere. Such a shame because in theory the website and products are great.

In time and complete

We received our order a bit later than expected and the goods were just placed outside the building even so we left a note to inform the delivery guy where it can be placed. All in all an okay expierence with no huge downside but also not a great expierence. We got 6 Paperbags mostly filled with 2-3 product. That seems wastefull and costly.

after 10 years

after 10 years I thought why not trying to order online again... NEVER AGAIN!! delayed and no update for the customer... they just say it is all written in the AGB's (GTC)
interesting that POST is able to deliver on time but COOP is not able to make a single delivery right!
especially during COVID people order more online. they should be aware of this and increase their STAFF if they are not fast enough with the current STAFF.
but what can we change if they are not willing to do better anyways.. they have enough clients and don't need to bother for single customer!
COOP at home is def not my favourite place to online shop! that's a pity..

Service is basically a large scale scam

Ordered some food, the delivery was missing 5 items, for more than 20% of the total value.
The customer service told me that not only would they NOT deliver the missing items, I would have to re-order for more than 100CHF of food AND pay the delivery costs AGAIN to get what I need. They offered no compensation of any kind and refered to the terms and conditions to justify this.
What this means, is that they can scam you out of your delivery costs at every single delivery, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Order never received

I ordered for the second time. My order never appeared on Saturday. When I finally reached someone on Monday, they said it wasnt delivered because I wasnt home. I told them I am quarantined at home because of Covid and so have no food. Then they told me it was because I have a foreign phone number. They read it out to me, but someone had taken off the country code, which is entered correctly on the website. There was no apology, they said it was my fault, and I can just order again. Nothing on the website says they won't use a "foreign" phone. They did not offer to expedite another order. We cannot go to stores and we do not have food and reordering will not get us food for 2.5 more days.

Horrible.

Ordered the first time and they got it all wrong. Like really, half is missing. Instead I got a bottle of whatever kind of drink that is. Trying to get my original order up (got no delivery paper with my ordered items with the order) and the website is so horrible slow that it won't load up.

I had to order here cause le shop was booked out. But not going to happen again, that's for sure.

Horrible
Bad Customer Service. I ordered many times- always late, once it didnt even arrive and they didn’t apologize or anything. Last time i decided never ever again to use it. They charged me for stuff I did not receive. The chauffeur brought things that didn’t belong to us.
