Bought our new Aga from Spillers. From the removal of the old Aga to the installation of the new one the service was excellent. We were guided through every stage by extremely competent, friendly and helpful people. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I recently asked Spillers to service the gas AGA at our new place. It hadn't been looked at for years and needed quite a bit of work. Kenny, who did the work, was really friendly, transparent and professional - he's a credit to the company. He kept warning me about aspects he uncovered that he felt needed fixing now, but reassured me that future bills wouldn't be as bad once everything was fixed. As it happens, the bill wasn't that bad, and felt very fair. I will definitely ask Spillers to service our AGA annually based on this experience.

We recently bought our AGA through Spillers of Chard, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. Very accommodating for our many requests for installation date changes! Brilliant service all round and in particular from the installation team who were really informative and helpful on the day. Would highly recommend using their service.

I would highly recommend Spillers of Chard, you came to my rescue to fix my broken AGA. Who we where let down by another company. And a big thank you to Kevin, he was extremely helpful and polite nothing seems to phase him. And to the lovely lady in accounts Liz, Who again was extremely helpful and polite.

Today I had my Worcester boiler serviced by Kenny and he was excellent. Polite professional and friendly. He wore the required PPE and maintained a safe distance at all times.
Clare the service manager let me know when he was arriving too.

Both the Aga service and knowledgeable advice provided by Tom to make a small adjustment critical to the efficient running of the cooker were most professional and timely. I have been a customer of Spillers of Chard for twenty five years; the company serviced my old Aga up until September when I decided to purchase a new R7 electric model. Robin, Mel and Ian have been extremely helpful, and Kevin and Kameron, who came to fit the new cooker, were both truly excellent, despite the trouble they had in getting the heavy appliance up my drive! The assistance I have been given has been much appreciated and I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

We have had an AGA relationship with Spillers for about 12years and they have always excelled in every way. We have just purchased a new AGA as we recently moved house - a house without an AGA is just that - a house, not a home. Ian, as ever, offered a great pre-installation service, which wasn't straight forward on our part, but at all times he was available to help and advise. Sadly, on the day of installation we discovered that the company who installed the flue had installed it incorrectly - Spillers to the rescue. Kevin, the supervisor of the installation, worked with the flue company to resolve the issues in a most professional manner and went above and beyond the call of duty. A great big 'thank you' for relieving the pressure of a most stressful day. The whole team was a credit to Spillers and even though they are not the nearest AGA suppliers for our area Iwewould never choose to use anyone else.

Spillers supplied and installed my aga module. They also service my gas Aga. They are always professional, friendly and do a great job. In the beginning, they were very helpful in finding my module for me as I wanted one with two ovens and the supply and delivery went very smoothly. As sometimes happens I had a few teething problems with my Aga module which ended up being a very unusual problem which took a lot of investigation and sorting. Again Spillers service and attitude was really good and they eventually got to the bottom of the problem. All is working well now. In particular I would like to mention Clare. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is very good at her job and a credit to Spillers. If you are looking to buy an Aga I would recommend Spillers as being the place to go.

We were able to have our aga er7 fitted just prior to lockdown and love it having previously owned a gas Aga.

Last week we finally visited Spillers again having made an appointment to spend the vouchers that came with our purchase.

Extremely helpful and efficient. Spillers sourced the parts to my 17 year old cooker when everyone else has written it off. They inspected, ordered and installed the new parts within a 7 day period. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend all aspects of their service especially Luke the inspection and subsequent service engineer.

We have purchased a number of items from Sarah. She has always been fantastic at listening and advising us on the best appliances to suit our needs. She has never let us down!
We wouldn't hesitate to call Sarah again the next time we need to replace an appliance or when looking to change our kitchen.

I purchased my AGA from this company a few months ago, the service from start to finish was exemplary! All the staff were very friendly they could not do enough to support me with my purchase. I have had no problems with the running of my AGA. And would not hesitate to recommend to all my family and friends! Great service from start to finish, from a great team!

Purchased an AGA from Spillers Of Chard just over a year ago and what a piece of kit, never looked back! The after sales has been exemplary, ranging with calls from a delightful lady following up on customer satisfaction to their engineers actually servicing the oven, the young man who serviced the oven adhered to all the Government guidelines re COVID 19 and nothing was to much trouble. Spillers you offer a product / service and team you can be proud of, keep up the good work & thank you.

Grossly overcharging. Although they are the local Aga agents with a near monopoly and all the spares are made by Aga, they do not miss the opportunity to overcharge. We have a 30amp electric cooker and the controllers are very expensive however Spillers charge £1192 and independent and recommended Aga engineers charge the commonly available online price for a genuine Aga part of £1004. Add a £70 call out for the engineer to just walk through the door and £50 a hour to do anything and you will be left with an eye watering bill! I have suspected them of overcharging for a long time but this has just confirmed it.

2 years after purchasing an Aga from this company, we have had nothing but problems. The latest has been going on since October and it's still not resolved following a 3rd visit by 2 of their engineers.
Once you buy anything from this lot, their attitude towards you changes. It's as though they are clearly saying, thanks for your money, now go away and don't you dare complain.
It's unlikely we will have a cooker for Christmas and as we all know winter has certainly set in and what was once a great room to gather the family in, sadly it's that cold even the cat keeps out.
So yesterday they sent 2 engineers out to see if they could fix it, only to be told they had come out to fix a different problem.
The engineers contact the accounts director and past the phone over do I could speak to him. After my rant he promised to get back to me, yes you guessed it he did not and the engineers left with the cooker still not fixed.

Think twice before buying from these, as the after sale service is the worst I have come across. Next stop for me is Aga themselves and see what they can do
