Absolutely outstanding service especially to Steve and Paul for fitting our Aga. Nothing was too much trouble, polite, friendly, courteous and great sense of humour too!

Bought a new combination microwave from Spillers . Had arranged for it to be installed. However when Stewart arrived he was unaware of this .
With my assistance he fitted the oven so all was well in the end .

Annoyingly but conveniently our Rayburn died two days before the spillers engineer was booked to do the annual service.
So I rang the lovely service manager Clare to let her know it would be a repair and a service and the engineer duly arrived prepared accordingly. Unfortunately, although the Rayburn seemed to be working fine a further fault developed which the engineer returned to fix within a week and at no further charge.

I called into the showroom where there was a good selection of appliances to look at backed up with knowledgeable staff to help. They matched a multibuy quote I had received from an online trader and they delivered, unpacked and installed my appliances, the men how delivered could not have been more helpful.

The Spiller’s representative was courteous, informative, diligent and helpful. The Aga when he had finished sparkled.

This is a No1 company, with top class kitchen items. We bought our original kitchen from Spillers which is standing the test of time apart from one item which packed up after 16 yrs. Special mention of Jodie who was a great help through from start to finish and Stewart and Emil who delivered the item and installed it in no time at all.

We went to Spillers for advice on range cookers but after sensible and helpful discussion with Sarah decided that an electric oven and separate hob were more appropriate. Having decided on the cooking plan, a kitchen layout was designed by Veronica. Several discussions and visits later Spillers arranged for the installation and the removal of the old units. New cabinets and new appliances throughout - all within budget. One month (and Christmas) in, we could not be happier! Thank you Spillers, we are happy to recommend you for an excellent design and exemplary service. Happy New Year.

Visit to the showroom: welcoming, friendly, helpful & informative when we needed advice but gave us plenty of space and time (and coffee) whilst we pondered and browsed.
On placing the order for a Rangemaster: kept up to date on progress, answered queries fully, and - given that our property does not have the easiest access (a truly British understatement!) - arranged a preliminary visit to access the difficulties and made all the necessary preparations. Stew & Emil could not have been more helpful and the whole process went really smoothly. Overall, couldn't have asked for more. Bottom line - would we recommend Spillers to a close friend? Yes, without doubt.

We have used Spillers for the past four years - since moving to Somerset. We could not be more satisfied with the excellent and professional service we have had throughout from all the team. From servicing our old Aga to then buying a new Aga and all the white goods for our new kitchen. We highly recommend them.

Fabulous "Spillers of Chard".My rayburn needed servicing & possible new part,with onset of winter & unable to use it was a worry. Living in extreme part of S.Devon there were no engineers, nearest Exeter, after contacting 4 firms on more than 2 occasions leaving messages, without any response, I finally found "Spillers". They have been so helpful, proffesional, quick with offering appointment. When a gas engineer was found nearer to me, with earlier date, they allowed me to keep their app open,in case of any problems the engineer could not help with. As they may lose out finacially, this is such a kind gesture. Lovely staff & Amazing C/Service. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you all.

From the first time we went to Spillers showroom, the service was excellent. Initially we didn't know what we wanted, but with very helpful and patient advice from Veronica in the sales team we have now got an amazing refurbished kitchen. We had new quartz worktops, sink and hob fitted and kept the original units. The new quartz has made the old units look like new. Spillers arranged all of the measuring and fitting and kept us updated all the way through. Very helpful with the choice of appliances and nothing was too much trouble. We had a new Quooker tap which is a must for boiling water, the old kettle is in the back of the cupboard!. Thank you Spillers for such excellent service and kindness. I would recommend to anyone however big or small the project may be.

I had helpful advice from Robin Durie at Spiller’s when I discussed which cooker to purchase, eventually settling on the 60 cm version Aga. I am so glad I did! Kam and Stew delivered my pristine baby Aga and talked us through how it functions. They were knowledgeable, had a sense of humour and made the whole experience so positive. Now I’m in love with my blush pink Aga. It is a dream to cook on and in, and makes the whole of our ground floor feel warm and inviting. Thank you Spiller’s, five stars.

Excellent customer service from initial contact, through ordering and including delivery and installation. Robin provided very helpful purchasing advice and a competitive price, Sarah kept me updated when issues outside Spillers control delayed delivery, and Nigel couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient when he came to deliver and install the freezer. Thank you, Spillers.

It was a bit of a journey to get to Chard, but well worth it to see various models of oven on display in working order so that we could try out the controls and see if we liked the information displays. This is important because manufacturers' websites, particularly Miele's, don't really explain the differences between their ranges. One letter difference in a product code or descriptor can be very significant. A word of warning: don't go to Spillers unless you are prepared to spend a bit more than you originally intended, as you may see a superior model that you really like! (We did.)
The operation of the oven we homed in on was clearly and patiently explained and demonstrated by Jamie.
The price quoted was reasonable (broadly in line with quotes on the internet), particularly considering that it included installation of the new and disposal of the old oven.
There was a slight delay, mainly caused at our end while we had the electrical connection unit uprated to suit the new oven.
Then obviously experienced installers Stewart and Nigel made light work of the installation, taking any minor problems they encountered in their stride.

We were recommend by friends. First met with Robin who was very patient and spent a lot of time with us, explaining about the Bora hob, (which we bought in the end) even though we were in very early stages with our kitchen, he spent the time. We then had a 3 month delay with our purchase of our new home, so having the time to do more research, when the time came, we decided to go with Spillers for many reasons.
Sarah took over the reins, managing to get some of the appliances we originally wanted, even though they had just stopped that range, advising us on other appliances too. Suffering our building hold ups, supporting us all the way. Spillers still matched the best price around, AND we get the best customer service and delivery, (by Stewart who was amazing) Don't look any further when wanting to do your kitchen, or just to buy one appliances, or even a saucepan! You will get a warm welcome & customer service whatever your needs. This is the best company. Well done Spillers.
Ps a little agreement with a comment further on, we are still waiting for a full payment receipt too.
