I am a Keller Williams estate agent signed up to the Conveyo platform as I am very impressed with the ease with which transactions with Conveyo happen. Communication = 10/10. Speed = 10/10. Elimination of hassle = 10/10. Both buyer and seller are very happy with the conveyancing and moving process thanks to the help of Conveyo.

My girlfriend and I were looking to buy our first home and sell my one-bedroom flat (my first property ever) in Wembley. I came across Conveyo while researching house prices and, as a marketing professional with limited time, I was really intrigued by the promise of an end-to-end concierge service (buying my flat was a nightmare I had no wish to repeat). I was a bit skeptical at first to read that they can make home sales 3x faster with AI but decided to give it a go.

We were pleasantly surprised by how little we had to do after answering their guided questionnaires. Conveyo allowed us to sell and buy at the same time and for a very competitive price, saving us £3000 in fees. We received regular updates, didn’t have to chase or wonder where the transaction was, and overall felt always in very capable hands. The entire process was completed in just 6 weeks, and we moved into our new home bang in time for Laura’s birthday.

Thanks so much for making our life easier and a special acknowledgment to our concierge Grace - your help made all the difference! A better process is possible and I don’t understand why it took so long to have a service like Conveyo. You guys rock!

I did a bit of research regarding home sales and found out that besides it taking long (around 16 weeks till it becomes legally binding!) ALSO 30% of sales fall through after an offer was made, in which case you have to start the process from zero.

I wanted to avoid this at all costs as I was interested in buying another place. Hence, I was intrigued by Conveyo’s promise to sell faster and with more certainty. And it worked 😀 it took less than 4 weeks from the moment we found a buyer.

The entire process was pretty streamlined and easy for me - Conveyo coordinated everything and took care of the entire legal workstream.

Glad I went with them and would use Conveyo again.
