We were recommended this solicitors through our mortgage broker and wow what a fantastic recommendation! Tara has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole process of buying was kept as low stress as possible with Tara giving fantastic communication throughout. Always happy to answer any questions and quick to respond. And by quick I mean within minutes to 90% of our emails.
For a non face to face process we couldn’t be more impressed and to be honest, a much more efficient process than the face to face solicitor we have used in the past (completely different company local to where we live).

I was recommended this company by Manning Stainton Crossgates and was allocated to team Jayne. I would strongly advise against using them. Their communication was slow to non-existent. I rarely received proactive updates and had to chase repeatedly for basic information.

After two weeks of inaction, they finally informed me that they could not provide the service because my bank was not in their database. To make matters worse, I am still chasing them for a refund to this day.

We had Mark as our solicitor for both our sale and purchase, and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was extremely efficient, explained everything clearly, and kept us well updated at every stage. We ran into a few issues with our new build, but Mark was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience feel much smoother and far less stressful. We’re really grateful for his support and would highly recommend him.
