Its still early days, and apologies for not getting this done sooner. I had phone issues and couldn't find the message, so I hope this still counters for Wayne.

I had a lovely time talking to Wayne who got everything set up quickly to start the conveyancing work for my house purchase.

I was in a bit of a rush to find and get stuff sorted before Xmas and he managed to get some bits sorted and at least open my file for it to start come the new year.

He was a lovley guy! Always had good in depth knowledge and willing to advise me the best way to go and clearly knows his stuff. We had a very nice general chat too, mainly about late last minute Xmas shopping 🤣
