HI. I do sincerely apologize the coupon could not be applied. As it states on all our sign up forms and the coupon itself: offer cannot be combined with existing sales or promotions. Also on our product page under the cost of the item it states: this item is on sale and not eligible for coupons. A processing fee will apply. If you click the "read more" the popup displayed explains the processing fee is a price per box that is associated with the sales cost of the item. In regards to the shipping fee, we apologize if you feel those rates are high. These fees are provided directly by the carrier and these fees include: fuel prices, taxes, freight and any other freight related costs. We do sincerely apologize for your frustrations however, we do our best to be upfront and transparent about all charges and terms/conditions.

After reviewing your order, I’d like to clarify the timeline. Your order was placed on April 14, at which time you requested that we contact your doctor’s office for prescription verification. The office did identify a discrepancy, and you were notified of this via email.
On April 15, you spoke with one of our agents to review the updated details. During that call, the pricing and total were confirmed and approved.
As this is a specialty lens, it must be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Our website notes that these lenses typically take 1–2 business days to arrive before shipping. Once received, your order was shipped within that timeframe and delivered on April 21 via UPS 2 Business Day service.
While we understand the process may have felt longer than expected, your order was processed, shipped, and delivered within the outlined timeframes, including the additional time needed to resolve the prescription issue and source the specialty product.

Pricing is competitive and shipping is fast! This was my second order for contacts as multiple contact wearers live in my house. Will definitely check Contact Lens King first for all our contact needs. The pricing just can't be beat anywhere else and shipping is typically 2 days!

Best prices if you are willing to search
Quick service and good prices if you search the internet. But the website- not so much. I got a reminder to reorder and there are no discounts in this process. My original order was a great deal, but if I Had not been paying close attention to the total at checkout, I would have paid at least $100 more for the same product and number of boxes than the original order. Again, very good prices, but have to hunt for them.

Contact Lens King - Great Service!! Great Price!!
Contact Lens King offered great service at great price. The Contacts arrived on time as mentioned. They gave upfront internet discount which I like as compared to some other companies who give out a rebate debit card which takes up to 3 months to receive and there's transaction fee to use it. These cards sometimes get lost in mail. So, I made the right decision to switch over to CLK!!
