My experience with Naca has been great far. I started the process in May 2023 and my counselor is Ellen Peterson. She has been quick to respond when I have questions or problems and has been trying to get me through the process as quickly as possible, which I really appreciate. I'm grateful to have found the program and for getting such a responsive and understanding counselor

NACA is an amazing program for those looking to purchase a home. I'm very excited to be part of this process and happy to be making steady progress. I'm elated, because I'm so close to owning my own home. The process could be intense, at times grueling but if you invest the time, commit to the process that's clearly outlined in the Action Plan, home ownership is not far off. Stay focused, and keep the faith!

NACA is getting worse; requiring nonsense details or documents, want to control what you spend for eating and so, the worst part is NACA is requiring you to pay getting your employment data from Equifax. It's going too far. Am on the house search, however, I couldn't buy a house I am looking for because of NACA's ridiculous lengthy process. I can understand that why NACA exist at first place, but...

I love the experience so far. Each employee wants you to win and they work with you to help you achieve this. I appreciate how many of the employees themselves have gone through the program so they can relate and do encourage you. I am looking forward to getting to the finish line.

There was a seminar that occurred in Jersey City. This is one of the days of when NACA had in person meetings. The speaker for the lecture explained thorough the various stages of the NACA process. He was provided example which helped new and experience members feel comfortable. There was a guest who provided his testimony on purchase program process as well as his process for buying down his interest to 0.125%. Truly a testimony!

I have been dealing with Nacca since 2022. They ask for you to keep updating bank statements and Pay stubs. Every time I feel like I get a step closer something happens and I take a step back. So far its been never ending paper work and pointless meetings to talk about the same thing over and over again. Now that I am trying to make this process work for me I haven't been able to get a meeting. They said it might be an 8 week wait. So before to talk about crap you could get a meeting no problem. Now that I have EVERYTHING you asked for I have to wait two months for a meeting. I'm still trying to hold on to hold to hope. All these reviews are from new people who just got done with the class. I will keep updating on my end. So far haven't read a single review from someone who got a house. So many people start this program. But dose anyone actually buys the house?

Today was my best experience every with Naca to my new journey to purchasing my dream home for my children my counselor is very helpful went through step by step with my new process i recommend everyone in a new home search to attend their workshop,congradulation to everyone who gets their home.

Hello Nacca has been very helpful getting me through the process of getting me ready to step into getting a new home. The process sometimes is difficult, but they always assist me and entrusting that there are here for me, and I truly see that.

NACA has been so helpful in the process of buying a home. The webinar was really informative and I LOVE my counselor. I'm currently going through the naca process and had a few questions. I called the naca members service number and spoke with Ellan, she was very professional and friendly as she helped answered all my questions. Thank you Ellan!

Great and helpful experience so far, my first consult was in October. My counselor was very knowledgeable and helpful explained process step by step well. Customer service are very helpful as well when I call to gather more information or when I can’t upload documents they been very helpful in this . My next consulting session is in this month, hopefully gather more information and become homeowner soon.

My counselor was helpful and knowledgeable. Every counseling session was a step forward. My first counselor appointment was on May 3, 2022. After that, we have been working, and hopefully, the process will be over soon.

If it wasn't for NACA I probably wouldn't have started this process. The counselor are easy to talk to. My first counseling session was in December and & every since its been a forward moving process.

My counselor is very helpful and upfront, I can't wait to become a Naca homeowner, this is a very great and informative program.

My wife and I have been wanting to buy a home for a few years - my niece told us about NACA - it's an amazing program and though sometimes a little slow going, I can't wait to become a NACA homeowner.

Because of the current pandemic I haven’t been able to visit the Las Vegas office but no worries! Video meetings have been scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. My counselor and I have been able to accomplish everything needed so I can successfully become a home buyer!
