I was running very low in miles
I was running very low in miles, and when i reached a connekt charging point I couldn't get to work..to do with my bank I think. The girl on phone (Laura) stayed with me helping me to get working, but neither of us could get. Eventually, Laura gave me a free half hour by doing it remotely, which was enough to get me home. She was an absolute star. Thank you Laura.

We had our GARO EV chargers installed at our Worcestershire site by our local electrician and commissioned by GARO who recommended Connekt EV Charging to operate a back office service for us.
Johnny and his team were very professional, helpful and efficient, tailoring their package to suit my needs, getting their software installed on the chargers and activating the account.

Brilliant
Super easy to use, never lets us down, and was quickly installed. It also brings customers into the hotel for lunch/dinner while their car charges.
