I love this program it makes life so much easier. Only thing that i don't like is that when software needs updated i lose the connection. That may just be my issue since i am newer to this software. I love the other options to get connected even without the access when software is not updated.

ConnectWise provides a secure remote access service with plenty of nice features. I like how stable the updates are.

Control is awesome! This one of the few remote control platforms that is orientated for technical users (e.g. IT). Most other tools were limited due to their focus on general users.

The management ability and control the software gives us is priceless and we are just scratching the surface, the support has also been phenomenal, Thanks!

This application is very easy use and allows us help out our customers in a way not possible unless visiting them on site. We also used it during Covid to connect to our own computers at work.

ConnectWise Control is the best.

I have used ConnectWise Control now for years and think it is the best remote-control software i have ever used. Exceptionally reliable even over dodgy internet connections.

Feature rich and budget friendly and unless something changes I don't see ever having to replace this product. I wish all software worked this well.

Sometimes when the machines update the software it kills the process and the service needs restarted to function again

Working great for our Remote work teams since the pandemic. Dual Screens, printing, chat very helpful. Training Videos help at home workers. Admin tools are very helpful for working on multiple computers while multitasking.

We use connectwise to work remotely, log onto our client's computers or provide temporary support. We can print, use dual screens, connect remotely to our computer and a client's at the same time. I have even connected remotely to my staff's computers in my office so we can both see what is going and either of us can control the computer. It is a great tool to have! We use Connectwise on a daily basis.

Excellent software!!!
I've been working with Control for more than 2 years and I haven't had any issues at all. Only a few times I had to call support who were incredibly attentive. What else can you ask for? Thanks guys! Wonderful job.
