This company has no customer service. You cannot speak to anyone. You can chat but, they do not answer the question you ask. Do yourself a favor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I Have been a customer for 15 years. I am looking to retire, I have sold off most of my customers. I host their software on my server. There is a rate for hosted services and non-hosted services. This person Judy Gasta on the downsizing team does not know this this and never answers a question. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

Hard to find a live person. Billing continues to charge for services we turned off. Stay away!

Having all the different controls that I didn't before with TeamViewer has been AMAZING!
I wish my company had swapped us over sooner.

ConnectWise Control has always been and continues to be the most reliable and effective remote support tool we have ever used in our 15 years of being in the MSP business. It is reliable, consistent, secure, has low resource usage, and gets better and better features as time goes on. I simply do not know how my technicians would even begin to take care of our clients.

I love control but there are a large number of features that are needed and have been requested by many partners over the years but I have the feeling that no one is working on those requests. Some of them for over 5 years.

I think that ConnectWise has their dev's tied up in new integrations with their other RMM products instead of implementing requested features or fixing bugs.

Awesome tool, excellent connectivity, very stable!

It's really easy to use especially for chat support. But there are just some issues if the client is running on MAC. The remote access doesn't work sometimes. Hope you can find a solution for that. =)

Its been 2 years using this tool and I'm pleased, even on my phone I can do lots of remote controls on the fly!!, fast and stable app, great job!!

I've used dozens or remote agents. ConnectWise Control is my favorite. It's fast, light and works reliably. The features are great as well for presenting and swapping screen shares for meetings. Everything is a few seconds away.

I have tried a few remote access services. This one is the best I could find for my money. No complaints

I can only complain about trying to connect with Mac clients. More often than not they have to allow for the application in Mac settings. But that's Mac for ya!
