Bought 2 of these stools to use as side tables in our lounge. They are very well made and look fantastic. Very quick delivery, and a pain free purchase. Would definitely order from them again.

FRAUD ALERT Ordered a nativity set online. They never delivered the product, didn't answer the phone, didn't respond to emails and never sent the goods. I'm out £85 and they respond to nothing.

Love this tree, it looks so Christmassy. Very compact and neat and fits in the corner perfectly.

Purchased an item and after 2 weeks had not received anything. Used facebook messenger on which they have now blocked me despite being polite and email, which was ignored until I took up a dispute with PayPal. They admitted the item had never been in stock, despite the website saying it was and it still does! Told they would have it in stock next week! Next week is Christmas so I asked for a refund, which I did get. Their Facebook is FULL of disgruntled customers asking for communication about missing orders so I find it very suspicious there are so many good reviews on trust pilot!

I bought some tables and chairs from Connections At Home in July and have still not received them. The company delivered two chairs in July but the rest were part of a bulk order from France. I was promised that the furniture would be delivered the weekend before last but have not heard a word since. I have rung, left messages, emailed, and even raised a dispute with PayPal (the only thing that got a reaction) but still they don't bother to contact me in response. Absolutely terrible customer service.

My item took some time to arrive but that wasn't due to Connections at Home. Their customer service was excellent, they kept me up to date and were extremely helpful. Recommend :)

I ordered several Alessi Christmas items. I chose this company as they had a good selection of these decorations at very good prices. Ordering was easy, and arrived in good time.
