I ordered over £100 worth of Christmas decorations in December 2023 and I still haven’t got them. I rang them at the start of the year and they informed me that the items were out of stock and would be sent ASAP but here we are and I’m still without. Terrible!!

Has this company ceased trading. Website down with this message and I’m concerned about outstanding order,

Item never sent, no replies to emails asking about status. Did get a refund, but without explanation.

Avoid at all costs - terrible company. We ordered a kartell coffee table back in January 2024 at a cost of £225 - it showed as in stock and available for immediate delivery.
No communication received after order confirmation and no response to follow ups by me re when it will arrive.
They only answered my email back in April 2024 because I threatened court action. They promised a refund with excuse of unable to get stock but no refund has been processed to date. We have decided to pursue collection of amount paid via small claims court as nothing else seems to work - will update progress

Advertised a bracelet on their website, which I ordered and paid for, I then received a confirmation of order. After a few days I sent an email asking for an update on delivery, heard nothing back. I checked my bank account today and the money has been refunded, still no email or explanation of why they couldn’t fulfil the order. The only positive is the refund is back in my account, everything else, shambles, poor customer service, complete lack of communication, and advertising items they don’t actually have. Very poor.

I waited over 2 months for an order that never materialised. There was no mention of any long lead times in the listing, it was just a case of paying and hearing nothing for weeks until I phoned to see what was going on. I was given false delivery dates on three occasions, all of which passed without any further communication from them. All chasing and phone calls done by me on my time, zero communication instigated by them. I finally admitted defeat and got a refund via PayPal. Completely awful communication, service and stock control. Avoid.

I placed my order on 31 December, the order was confirmed and money was taken from my account. I have not heard anything since, despite emailing twice and leaving a message on the phone.
This is starting to feel like theft.

Had great faith in this small company but sadly let down with delivery.
I wished I had read the reviews before ordering.
Not sure why they use carriers that clearly let them down and give them a bad reputation.
Bit of an attitude on the telephone too sadly.
If a customer says they would like an item delivered on a particular day please don’t say it will be delivered on that day if you use a courier that won’t guarantee it .

The reply is incorrect as I asked if the package could be delivered on Monday and was told YES and at no time was I offered any different delivery options.
I was told Monday would be fine .
It was ordered mid afternoon on Thursday and only because earlier call were left unanswered.
As I said earlier there’s a bit of an attitude sadly .

I ordered cutlery on 2nd of December product was advertised as in stock. Nothing arrived so I phoned customer service on 19th of December to be told they didn't have the stock but he could send me what they had as I wanted it for Christmas. Nothing arrived and no communication from them.I phoned again on 28th of December and left message no one phoned back. I phoned again on 29th of December to be told it would be end of January I have now cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund.

After ordering and paying quite a high postage, I never recieved any tracking. Once 2 weeks had passed, I tried emailing, but got no repsonse. I luckily paid via paypal, so I was able to raise a claim through them and get my money back.
There are many other negative reviews of this company, and regardless of whether they can complete some orders, it seems to be pot luck. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for whatever you need.

In response to their comment: Unless you view the T&Cs page, there is no mention of the 19 day delivery anywhere. Nothing on the Delivery tab, where you specify the delivery types, or anyhting on the confirmation emails. It just isn't clear! Also, I appreciate you're busy, but this could have been resolved by answering my email in a timely manner too - I shouldn't need to call and email to get a response! If the 19 day delivery was better communicated anywhere other than the T&Cs, I would have happily waited, and I'm sure many other customers would feel the same way.

Ordered a mirror on the 20th of July, still have no idea when and if I will ever receive it. After a few calls/emails, they just replied that in August the Italian production is closed...and I'd receive it at the beginning of October. Chased again...no reply. I don't think it's great customer service and I start to think it's a scam.

update: I received the mirror finally in December and all is ok now, just I'd have a more responsive customer service

My order took 3 months to arrive! when I placed the order it said 19 working days at the most. I had no communication from them, I had to repetitively chase for updates and kept being given dates that were incorrect. Will never be ordering from this company again.

Fast delivery with accurate updates. Very well packaged and it arrived without damage

It came the following day.
The green is GORGEOUS.
I love that it collects the water (we live in a high limescale area), it protects the draining board, makes everything efficient.
It can take a lot of washing up which is very helpful, I love it!

Prompt service as usual delivered following day, very pleased

Restyling our dining room into retro diner and needed accessories. Ordered a red & chrome tissue dispenser but when it arrived there were some “production” flaws.
Contacted Phil who immediately checked his stock, identified a potential batch issue and dispatched a replacement which arrived next day.
We are extremely pleased with the dispenser and Phil’s customer service is commendable.
Definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Great product at a competitive price, efficiently expedited if a little slow

I already own one of these Alessi corkscrews - in fact I've had it for years but I never really liked the colour way. It's wearing tartan trousers! Now before any of the Clans kick off it's really gaudy and didn't suit my new kitchen decor - so the new ochre and black one I've just bought does. In fact it's perfect and it was so much cheaper to buy from Connections at Home than anywhere else I could find. Plus rather unintentionally it's looks like a Star Trek ship Captain - result!

On the whole a good experience. A very easy mistake was made with the first item I received but an exchange was agreed instantly and was dealt with efficiently and in a polite and friendly manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or use them again , they are the sort of people who give online buying a good name. Thanks
