CAH gave an incorrect shipping address to their courier. After I have figured out the root cause with the courier and told CAH the mistake they have made, I only got the following reply plus one “question” by email:

“…we have no contact details. This means we cannot arrange our courier to collect. We are sorry for the inconvenience…” and “How far is [the wrong recipient] to you?”

Everybody makes mistakes. What more important is the way you deal with them.

Connections At Home were excellent all round: ordering, communications and delivery. What really stood out was the quality of their communications. Apart from clear and up-to-date email messages relating to my order, I found that when I phoned a couple of times, (a) my calls were answered promptly (by a person, not a machine and then a wait); and (b), that my enquiries were met with courtesy and kindness; also (c), I was called back precisely as advised when there was further relevant information about my delivery. I can fully recommend this company without hesitation.

I am very happy with my order. It arrived more quickly than expected, was well packed, and in perfect condition. Communication has been great and the best delivery company was used (they unpacked the lounger, carried it inside, and took the pallet away afterwards). All in all a really good experience.
