I would rate 0, if I could. Placed an order 3 months ago still did not receive it. Items from Aliexpress arrive quicker than from Conforama. Horrible service, no communication from conforama at least to explain the reason or say where’s my item.

I bought mattress and base from store…
I bought mattress and base from store (Setúbal) And I paid delivery cost. But if I bought from online, Delivery is free. I asked to Manager why the price is different. He informed me online and in store purchase are not same. I believe that, Conforama should disclosed there policy on the their web-page by ** marking.
