Complete scam, does not work, stay away. Company does not allow return.

If it were possible, I’d give zero stars. The very credible adverts belie a completely underwhelming, feeble, itsy-bitsy, nasty piece of rubbish! And mine even arrived unserviceable - broken at the point of suction, rendering it utterly useless. Condensem.com utterly refuse to give a refund so I’m going to my card issuer to get compensation hopefully - perhaps I shouldn’t have bought from China after all. Doh!

It is the worse service and product I have received the product faulty and they do not want neither to return it nor the give me the money back do not buy from them they are the worse ever seen

Buyer Beware. Pure Junk. We should form a class action against Condensem. Right out false advertisement. Their product not what they advertise.

Thieves, outright thieves. They stole from another advertisement and advertise their garbage as their own. I wish marketplace and Facebook had more control over who's a legit company and who's not that has their ad. My vacuum is the same as everyone else's here. They wanted me to return it in usable condition so they could sell again to some other poor sucker. Illegal! They should be charged and shut down. I question this Shipping @24 hr business also. I think they are one and the same. Disgusting! BUYER BEWARE!!

There is no connection to charge the vacuum. There is nothing in the hole that the USB cable can conect to, what a disgraceful way to send out a product.
I can not get a message to Condensem to ask for a replacement or my money back.

Do not buy this vacuum, it is terrible & when I tried to return it due to it being insufficient they completely ignored me.
I paid extra for the blow model which does not work but now stuck with this peice of rubbish .

The product car vacuum cleaner is a complete scam.I advise no one to buy from this company. The car vacuum that they are advertising isn’t the one that you will be provided with.

Disgraceful false/illegal advertising of a powerful handheld vacuum cleaner.

Advertisement showed one product but when I pushed "purchase" another product was shown which was similiar to the one I wanted a Blow Vacuum and not a Vacuum as ordered.I did not release I had ordered the wrong product

May I let you know that your product is very much disappointing. The 2 in 1 vacuum is not performing like you have in the ads. I can’t imagine also that this tiny machine can suck like what you posted on social media. This is ridiculous.
You are just like one of those who post with false advertising.

Please stop cheating the public. There is no success gained when you fool people.

This is not at all what was shown. It does not blow up anything and is very weak. Don't buy it.

Be warned, do not buy this vacuum cleaner: mine arrived in a bashed box, it looked repackaged, the spout adaptor was dirty as if it had be pre-used and the machine simply didn't work.
I've tried to get a replacement and I've tried to get my money back, no luck as yet.
My efforts are ongoing.

This condensem in out vacuum is a total joke. Dont waste your money. No suction and no power to blow out either. A total con. Neither was there a receipt in the box.

The vacuum that was advertised was absolute rubbish! It had no suction and couldn’t even pick up a cork, it was scratched and the usb power cord was dirty like it’s been used, the box was old, and a major part was missing so couldn’t use it even if it did have suction, this company is a total scam

The super powerful car vacuum cleaner advertised on FB and having powerful suction is an absolute joke and does not have the reverse action of blowing.

Waste of time and space.
