If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a hand held vacuum which arrived broken. Because the product looked so cheap I asked for a refund but the company insisted they could only send me a replacement. I received the replacement which lasted 2 minutes before breaking.
They are now refusing to give me a refund. What a scam. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I couldn't go back to cancel or review my order. By the time my order was complete, I knew I had been scammed, the price doubled with extra charges for overseas transaction and exchange rates. I have contacted my bank, PayPal and the seller with a stern email. I'm waiting for my item or a response?

We were so taken in by the advert and thought the suction looked amazing that we bought 2 of these vacuum cleaners. They are rubbish - practically no suction at all. A total rip off and no return address.. the email they give is false and doesn't go through. DO NOT BUY from them .

This company is a SCAM, please don`t order from them and loose your money. As told by everyone else in reviews, this TINY hand held car vac has No Suction. when I opened my parcel I could not believe the tiny size and the poor quality. I charged it for 4hrs, complete waste of time. looks like a childs toy. No phone number ect to get refund. I am not going to let them get away with this, we will take them to a tribuneral.

I purchased a hand held vacuum cleaner and it was fine until the battery died and I went to charge the battery and I had it on for 48 hours but it still hasn't been repaired yet I have had various emails back and forth with them and they offered a refund of 3 dollars on an item that costs around £25 sterling. So I don't have a hope in hell of getting my money back.

I received damaged leaked out product costing £30 they want to send 3 dollars compensation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You have no come back or any way of getting refunded. Crooks. Would give it minus 5stars.

Wish I had seen the reviews before buying this hand held vacuum it's totally useless, has no suction and doesn't blow as the advert said, stay well away from these scammers

I didn't have the product yet and I am already disappointed. They over charged me I got two different totals for my order and I never got my 10% discount for for ordering two. No response to any emails and no phone number. Also I love that everyday is the last day of the sale. Can I say shady company !!!!!! From an honest person don't buy from this company.

I ordered a small vaccumcleaner,37,97€, from Condensam. You could load it ONCE, now the loading end pops out if you try to load it. Do NOT order anything from Condensam!

I purchased the handheld vacuum based on a demo in Facebook that showed a powerful suction. It is false advertising. The vacuum hardly has any suction. It destroyed my trust in products advertised in Facebook. Do not buy this.

It is just what everybody else has been saying. It is a scam. It is a fraud. It is a rip off. The two-in-one vacuum I got does absolutely nothing as far as vacuuming. There is no reverse switch to blow. The attachments are different than the video. Cannot contact customer service. It's not worth sending back to where you got it it would cost you more in post.

Memo to self - always read reviews. This piece of plastic was misrepresented in Advert. It had very little suction - even trying to pick up dust was impossible. Claims of what it could do, were blatantly dishonest. Absolute piece of junk. DO NOT BUY.

Definitely a scam. Bought a handheld vacuum via Duolingo link. The product is a cheap and the seller faked some delivery tracking while the product was sent actually from US. This is a cheating vendor.

Received my hand held hoover. Would not switch on even though showing fully charged. Requested refund, they asked for more details,which I sent. Then wanted a video which I sent, offered me $3 which is a joke. Do not buy from this company

I fell for this Facebook deal. Scammed. It took more than a week to arrive - 'live' tracking exposed some nonsense about arriving at US customs, being checked, in transit, etc. In reality it probably comes from a dodgy UK warehouse via China. The tiny box arrived via a traditional local courier. Total crap, cheap as sh** plastic product - a newborn kitten has more 'suck'. And I paid extra for the super quality 'power' option. Utter waste of money - it's so bad it's funny. It just might be OK to blow up an airbed, but not worth more than a fiver. DO NOT BUY!

Scam as it’s finest. They send you a broken product and don’t give you a refund. German authorities are Informed so they will be blocked for the Euro market. DONT USE THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS !!!

Total Joke, Unit delivered not working. After contact with condensem support I got message that item was delivered correctly .... to fix faulty unit problem they offered me 3 USD refaund ..... it is stealing the money

I marked one star but to tell you the truth this hand-held vacuum cleaner is too expensive and does not have the suction power it suppose to have at all,so this product has no star rating st all.I got scammed but don't do what I did and buy this piece of garbage.
