Similar issue as other reviewers. I ordered 8 days ago. I have called the company Thurs, Fri, Saturday and again today Tuesday and get promised a call back or email which never occurs. My order number is 3702.

The company outsources their phone number and claim to be 'reception' but when pushed they do not work for concrete lab.

The website states that "All orders are processed within 1-3 business days" which is blatantly untrue given it's been 8 days, 4 chaser calls and I received nothing other than the initial confirmation that the order was received.

UPDATE: I have now emailed and that was responded to this afternoon. I'm hoping it's a good product and I may update my overall experience

They were informative and extremely knowledgeable.

After I placed my order, it wasn't even sent. I had to chase 3 times for that to happen, no urgency and no explanation.

Then when I had an issue with the product, it took a month to get a response after chasing multiple times. I regret ordering from this company, I've ended up waiting for ages and delaying my project for something that didn't turn out great.

Update:
I appreciate getting a response, but to be clear there's a real issue with communication. 6 working days may be fine for delivery if that's the expectation, but since the website says 'Delivery within the UK is generally next day, provided orders are placed prior to 12 noon' I would have appreciated a response when the order hadn't been sent after a few days and I left a couple of phones messages to ask for an update on when it would be sent.

Same about product support - a response within a few days or even a couple of weeks may have been helpful, but unfortunately it no longer is after a month and many unacknowledged emails, particularly when it advises to do something I've said in a previous email I've already done.

Fantastic product, amazing company to work with who helped me out with a bind. I was extremely happy with the results for my first Microcement kitchen worktop. I’m going to use these guys on every renovation moving forward

Excellent service. The team were helpful with the ordering process and ensuring I had the right materials for my project (garden kitchen worktops), delivered promptly, quickly answered several questions I had during the process which was a lifesaver when I didn’t know if I was doing it right, and helped me to get the result I wanted. Strongly recommend.

I really like this product and have used it on a couple of jobs thus far. My issue this time was that 2 of the tubs arrived cracked and broken - which I assume was down to Delivery company - as they now arrive in boxes i did not see the breakage until I had started mixing up a few other tubs (so I was committed). Had to reduce size on the fly as a result! Also the aggregate and cement now comes premixed in the tub rather than in bags. This makes mixing a lot more difficult than previously. I used the off white mix and this time the sand appeared to be white which is much better. Will use agin.

Currently only 1 star - I ordered 10 days ago and have heard nothing at all, with no indication of when it might arrive.

I was very happy with the courier service until I unpacked the order. One of the cardboard boxes containing the GFRC premix must have been thrown around at some point, and had burst open inside the box.
Once I reported it, Concrete Lab happily replaced it, and it was delivered by UPS in one piece! Happy days, on with the job!

First Batch of microcement I used on the worktops, started to lift off from the 1st coat after 6 weeks. Got a reply eventually and was told that they had used a different supplier and sent out another batch of microcement. So I replaced the worktops with new Moisture resistant MDF. Then phoned for advice before starting again 3 times and was told someone will call me back each time, but no one ever did, they relayed my correct phone number back to me to make sure. Also I emailed and did not get a response, Just wanted to make sure everything was ok before I started them again for the second time. Hopefully 🙏 they are ok this time,
Otherwise I will have to replace them with
Concrete looking laminate.
Just glad it was not for a customer as I would have been out of pocket doing it twice.

Prompt delivery. Plenty of helpful and clear instructions/videos on the website. I made 2 shelves with a thicker lip at the front and they came out much better than I expected for my first attempt. Going to make an outdoor table top next.
