I ordered something recently but discovered on the day from the tradesperson it was not the right item, and unfortunately it was on its way to be delivered. I contacted the VP team to make them aware of this, and they were brilliant! Nothing was a problem, they gave me instructions that were clear what to do when the driver arrived, which led to the item being returned with no stress, fuss, or hassle. The driver for FedEx was also very understanding and helpful. Strongly recommend Virtual Plastics.

Found Virtual Plastics after really negative experience with Plastics Hub who I strongly advise against using. I placed my order with Virtual Plastics (VP) online paying by PayPal (as I have had reason to need refunds in past and PayPal are great) Standard 3-5 days delivery. On day 5 the items Facia boards) were delivered as ordered and without damage. VP came through and delivered on time and at a saving over the unreliable Plastic Hub. Thank goodness for VP

At first, I wasn't sure about Virtual Plastics. I ordered a couple of plain fascias, and after a week of waiting I hadn't heard anything. But after mailing their sales team, I got a quick response saying that there had been a mix-up with the delivery company and they would sort it out. The goods arrived at my house less than three hours later. I wasn't there to meet the driver, but he helpfully pushed the goods under my garden gate to keep them safe. Overall, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently my query was resolved :)

I see that a few other reviewers have gives 1 star reviews, but personally I've been happy with the service and i'd certainly use VP again.
On that basis, I think they deserve five stars.

Placed initial order for upvc items and sundries on 30/6 (£100+ so free delivery). Despatched next day via two carriers (FedEx for upvc items and Royal Mail for sundries - don't know why they didn't send all via one carrier). Was able to track online, FedEx arrived 2/6 all OK, Royal mail arrived 3/6 but items missing! Emailed company with details and received reply same day apologising for packing error and saying they would despatch missing items urgently - despatched on 4th, delivered on 5th (Royal Mail). Mistakes happen, given issue was dealt with quickly without fuss means I am happy to give 5* and recommend and will use company again without hesitation.

So I ordered some plastic skirting boards. Unfortunately, the top end of the skirting board had been bent - this must've been the delivery driver. I emailed the team and their customer service team quickly resolved the issue with a refund. Overall I was disappointed that the item had been damaged in transit, however that's out of this companies control. However their customer service was great. Quick responses. Will be ordering another soon.

Ordered pvc fence panels 4 weeks ago still not received them yet I will be cancelling order and taking my business somewhere else

ordered window seal capping it arrived sooner than expected which was plesant surprise an the driver was so helpful an very much a credit to this company will use again when required

Avoid, Window Sill arrived late and damaged, huge dent in the middle of the board + small ones across, very badly packaged.

Placed an order with this company through Amazon. The goods are sold and dispatched through Virtual Plastics and they just cancelled my order without giving me a reason, explanation or apology. Wont be using this company again and would advise other to avoid.
