Covers everything I wanted. Better than the dealers offering and lots cheaper.

Dealing with them for the sale was fine, but we haven't had to use the warranty yet so I'm reluctant to say much else

Ralph Taylor was so easy to work with and got us all of the discounts available to us. His knowledge of the product is excellent! I'm sure we'll have a great relationship with Concord. I would also like to say that we shopped around for coverage and Concord had the best deals and coverage out there.

Now have 2 vehicles covered with Concord Premier plans. Far less expensive than Ford EasyCare! I've only used the claims process once, but it was very easy and actually provided partial coverage for an issue not even listed in the policy! Impressive service, reasonable cost.

Although I’m happy I purchased the plan, I Felt very pressured by the sales associate to pay now. He kept coming back with a cheaper rate and I now wonder if I could have scored a better rate. It seemed pushy and desperate.

Their plan seems solid, but they are not willing to help you find shops that take their plan in your area.

I had to ask shops to call them and get approval.

worst experience ever payed $1500 tried to use my first clam and refused everything offed $150 on a $2600 Bill now they say I had all this before I got the coverage , so any one with any miles on you vehicle will fall under that criteria and they will refuse your clam and just take you money,

Stay away - despite the positive reviews you’ll see all over the internet Concord Auto Protect is an crap company. I bought a warranty, explained existing issues with my vehicle and the rep said that was fine - once the initial period and mileage was met I’d be covered for the repairs. Wrong.

When the time came a rep said he’d put the claim in for me so I’d be all set. A few days later some clown from Concord Auto Protect calls me to tell me that I would in fact not be covered, the opposite of what the two other reps told me while I was purchasing the coverage. Not only that the clown told me I was trying to defraud Concord Auto Protect and got all heated like an immature child.

Concord Auto Protect is worthless and the employees are rude and unprofessional.

As a former dealer business manager, I rate CAP's protection packages as some of the best that I have seen and I would not want to own a car today without this protection.
