Concord Auto Protect Excellent Service

Had a delay getting paperwork through email (nothing out of the ordinary). Concord Supervisor contacted me by phone and got everything in order. The response was excellent! I am looking forward to my relationship with this group.

car warranty

All in all, the process of choosing an extended car warranty went well. The youthful enthusiasm and attention to communication were more that I needed, but the company representative was very helpful, answered all my questions, and seemed to have my best interest at heart.

Warranty Information and Policy

Jeff explained the coverage and options of my warranty policy very well and did an excellent job setting up the policy. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The company has an excellent rating.

Great Coverage and Price

I had a good experience talking with Gene from Concord. No pressure to buy the policy and the questions I had were answered immediately. The coverage is great - even though I hope I do not have to use it. I have a Cadillac that has many factory options and all of them are covered. The price I got was about half compared to two other auto warranty places, as was the deductible.
