This is a scam shop using stolen images to sell fraudulent product. Do not buy from this site!

Do not order from them. They sent me completely different items from the photos and when I tried to return they said I had to send it to China when they said they're located in SF

they refused to let me return an item. total scam. the product came and was horrible quality

This site is garbage and the returns dept is an absolute joke. By the time you send it back to china you will still owe them money. Buyer beware of this fraudulent website. I bought a sweatshirt and the picture they use is from another website and the sweatshirt I received is shiny junky material. Terrible scammers.

If I could give a zero I would. Finally got my order but it wasn’t the dress I ordered. Now fighting to get my money back. Put in a dispute to bank as well.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a dress from this company. The dress on the website is not what I got. Fabric is really cheap and completely see through. Multiple pieces of string hanging from the seams. I read the return policy on their website and it didn’t seem like it would be an issue. When I reached out to them about returning the product I received a pretty fast response the email said; As our products are shipped internationally, returns are both time-consuming and costly for both parties, which could result in losses. We kindly ask if it might be possible for you to keep the item—perhaps you could give it to someone else. I was shocked I have since sent 2 more emails with no replies. I am going to see if I can dispute the charge with my credit card company since they won’t respond. This company is 100% a scam.

Negative Star Rating. If you order from this company and you have something wrong with your item do not go to their help email. They will try to give you a discount or have you keep your item so they don't have to pay for a shipping label. READ REVIEWS
The Federal Trade Commission will get enough of these complaints and shut them down. These individuals are known to be scammers and do not stand behind their products.

Scam company, items of poor quality. Had to return two dresses and the deducted tax and I had to pay for shipping. I’m out of pocket massively. Customer service is poor too. I’ll never order from them again. Avoid at all costs!

Very very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. When I was sent the wrong item they didn’t even give me a full refund and I had to scramble around last second to get a new dress. So over all don’t EVER order their stuff is trash and so is their customer service!!

SCAM!!!
I ordered a dress from them, they delivered a different one. Different colour , different style . I paid £70 for this and I’ve been trying to contact them by email but the email they provided seems to be wrong.
Please do not order from them .

Very poor quality, and trying to return is a nightmare, they copy photos from well know brands to make you think is theirs. Bad customer service, not appropriate response even if you still in the returns timeframe. SCAM! 100%

Do not buy.. wrong product sent and at my expense to return and they won’t refund it without a tracking number. Said it never arrived.. total scam should be shut down there are better online places to buy from.

I would do no star if I could, but the reviews below are correct and this company is a fraud. I ordered a dress, after a few weeks it was received. It was made of a very cheap flimsy material. That was not the issue however, they sent me the wrong dress, then when I told them about how they had sent me the wrong color they wanted me to keep it and forget about the exchange/return because it was gonna cost them too much . I’m gonna post the response so you can see how ridiculous it is. Know that if you deal with this company there will be no accountability. You will have no one to help you and you will just be stuck with what you get… this dress should’ve been $10, I paid $40 and had this experience.

….. again, this was an item that I did not order and was expected to keep and pay for. By the way, the email is written and it doesn’t seem like there’s even an option of getting the trust that I did order besides paying for a whole Nother dress which I will never use this company again.

The items I ordered look nothing like the pictures on their website. I review the return policy before I purchased and it said free returns. It also said product is shipped from the UK, Canada, and California. I reached out to them to return and then told me I had to send it back to China with a tracking number in order to get a full refund. The shipping would be $10 less than the items I purchased. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks to get my refund since this is complete false advertising and the best they have offered me is 30% back. I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Ordered a dress from here, but when it came in there was a sewing flaw. I reached out to the company, attached photos and got a prompt response that they were sending a replacement dress! Great customer service!
