I ordered anthracite grey composite decking from CW because it suited my needs , it was in 4 metre lengths, competitively priced and not far from where I live . Because it showed as in stock I thought maybe it would take a week or so to be delivered . Despite me chasing a couple of times it took 5 weeks to be delivered, I think they actually lost my order somehow . So think twice if you are in a hurry , I do appreciate some building materials are in short supply at the moment but it’s a bit misleading when in stock really means 5 weeks . The decking is fine , no issues at all with it .

Sent numerous messages by email asking about their products before purchasing, and ordered samples a few occasions but nothing ever arrived, and no one replys or no communication, they read your Facebook messages but fail to reply, is this company real as the reviews on their website products look a bit dodgy too!

Funny how you’ve answered and replied back to this straight away when you don’t respond to emails, contacts or messenger at all !
And with regards to your request to email or fb message - what’s the point as you’ve failed to respond to messages from weeks ago
