My order was cancelled by them for no reason and I'm still waiting for my refund. No reply from them to 3 emails and one phone call. Case raised with PayPal. Beware. update ..got all my money back through PayPal.👍

My wife placed an order online for a sofa on 4th March 2025 but we are still awaiting delivery. No reply to emails and phone calls just go to a voicemail. Very upsetting as feel scammed. Please get in touch / deliver the sofa so I can change this negative review to a positive one!

Don't trust these reviews! I ordered from this place weeks ago and haven't had any response at all, despite calling and emailing repeatedly. After digging around a bit, it turns out the business is registered to a flat in Manchester city centre, and the people running it have a track record of shutting down companies. Feels like a total scam... stay clear!

Website looks great, sample sent quickly and order placed 24th March. However, haven't received goods and I can not get in contact with anyone. Keep making calls and nobody is picking up and have no idea where our goods are. Our build is on hold until we receive our order.

The web site is easy to navigate and have a great selection of products. I ordered some samples which arrived very quickly and looking forward to dealing with them. I have had a follow up email that is very helpful

I purchased a mirro in Oct 24, asked to send it back same day, still waiting for them to semd rma, sent six emails, and arang them still no reply.
read the fine p[rint of returns, have to pay for any returns ypourself, and tnhey want £100 mininmum for any return.

Couldn't be happier with the composite decking I bought.

After a lot of backwards and forwards I finally decided to get some cladding for my out house and what a decision it was couldn't be happier.

The attention to detail from this company makes it stand out they treated my order as if they were doing up their own home!

They say things happen for a reason I called up to order some black cladding but unfortunately they only had 72 pieces left however one of the guys emailed me some examples of other colours on some of their other customer's house and I ended up going for cedar wood and I am so glad I did as it is unique which fits my personality perfectly lol.

Love my new mirror delivery was very transparent unlike other companies.
