Please please avoid, placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Initially great communication and responses within minutes. I paid the deposit requested of £550.00 and was informed they would be in touch within 2 weeks. It's now been nearly 4 weeks and no response, Refuses to answer calls or reply to messages and emails. All I can assume at this point is i have been scammed as this is a new company and looking at trust pilot it doesn't seem great. If the owner responded on here with some generic lie I am more than happy to forward all the screenshots of the emails and calls that's have been ignored. Please everyone this person / company have currently robbed a 70 year old so stear clear. If I the do contact me I would be more than happy to re-evaluate my review but at this point I have no other way of getting a reply.

Ordered frame and door for customer…
Ordered frame and door for customer over 3 months ago, first frame that came with door was absolutely shocking, so waited over 2 months for a new frame came and it's all scraped and scratch, they barely reply to emails and ignore phone calls, asked for a refund serval times so will see what small claims has to say. BUNCH OF COWBOYS STAY WELL CLEAR

Whatever you do , don’t touch this company with a bargeploe , door and frame turns up and doesn’t shut , screw heads been torn off due to incorrect size , locks not working, now hinge popping off , had constant promises of new parts to be sent out but nothing

Brilliant customer service and prompt delivery and installation. I got 3 composite doors and 8 windows for my house, they were really friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process from the initial phone call to get a quote to the actual fitting of the doors and windows. The guys who came to do the fitting were really friendly and cleaned everything up after they had finished installing and the price was really good compared to other companies I had seen. I Will definitely recommend using this company for doors and windows, exceptional service keep up the good work guys 👍

Over the moon with my new door. I had so many compliments from my friends and family when they came to my housewarming party. I would definitely recommend these guys nothing is too much to ask of them and communication is very clear.
