The rent increases are insane. My unit rent went to $365 if @ late $452. Shady practice. Had an issue with staff and was told no corporate number. District manager never called back. Stay away.

Compass self storage is a great place for your vehicles and whatever you want to store they are very nice employees and helpful the storage is clean and the parking lot is level and no potholes and also clean.

Compass was so helpful and TIMELY
Compass was so helpful and TIMELY. I came in needing storage same day and they were able to help me get a unit (for a great price) and they even had U-hauls on site. I'd recommend them anytime.

Location of unit
The office ladies, are wonderful. No complaints. I am not comfortable with the location of my unit, however. I wish it was lit up better. My unit is next to the road, and tho it is fenced in, it is still nerve wrecking when I have to go to the unit in the evening hours. Sadly, it is not always safe at night.
Other than that, I have no complaints.

Top notch storage facility.
They had the storage facility I needed available when I needed. The unit was easy to get to, clean, the door worked well and the area was well lit for night access. The best thing about this place was the polite, helpful staff that assisted me not only with the storage unit but with truck and trailer rentals as well
