The rent increases are insane. My unit rent went to $365 if @ late $452. Shady practice. Had an issue with staff and was told no corporate number. District manager never called back. Stay away.

Compass Self Storage 416 on Bells Ferry Rd, Acworth, GA is the best!
It was a pleasure doing business with Compass Self-Storage - Bells Ferry (416) The facility is clean and secure. On site management is outstanding. Michelle and Addie are both helpful and a joy to work with. I had numerous discussions with Michelle before deciding to rent a unit and she always had time to answer all my concerns. I also purchased packing supplies there, which was helpful and convenient. Overall, it was the best storage experience we have ever had.

I am kicking myself for not moving to Compass before now. The team is very welcoming, extremely attentive, and perfectly organized. The price is right! The location is awesome! The cleanliness is impressive! So glad I am now at a GREAT self storage center! Yay!

Great storage place !
Tina gave us our tour when we trying to decide which place to store our belongings. She walked us through all the different sizes and what we could store in each size. Mike helped us when we were looking for a moving truck and helped answer all of the little questions we had. This is a great place to store your belongings. I feel safe if I ever have to go alone and everything is always easily accessible.
