Lovely people to deal with, very friendly, helpful and professional

I would like to thank Community Home Solutions for assisting in obtaining government funding via Staffordshire Council to enable my elderly mother to upgrade her 40 year old back boiler with a modern combi boiler.
They made the whole process easy and guided us through what was required.
The installation team were really courteous to mum and explained everything that would happen in advance, answering any questions she had.
The installation took two days with minimal mess and disruption with the end result giving mum exactly what she required.
I would like to thank all at Community Home Solutions, especially Olivia who coordinated the work along with the installation team who were excellent with mum and completed the job to a high standard.

From the start to the finish of our extensive installation Community Home Solutions provided an excellent service, from communication to the professional workforce. The team was very considerate and helpful, at the end of the installation everywhere was left clean. Could not thank you enough.

The comfort and convenience other people may take for granted has been delivered to us by Community Home Solutions and all the teams they trust. Everyone from the first contact in the office to the last contractor going home has been friendly, efficient, understanding and ready to offer advice or explanations at any stage. Two months in from the end of the project, we are settled in and enjoying our home in real comfort.

We were initially wondering why have all this work done to our bungalow, with '0' cost to ourselves. How can this be???
We checked into ECO4 and the companies previous work, found to be true, and very well undertaken. The results are amazing. Would highly recommend this company to complete ECO4 work.

Community homes organised an upgrade of my heating and insulation Communication was efficient and friendly any questions answered without delays The tradesmen they engaged were pleasant to deal with and carried out their work in timely fashion leaving no mess. The whole experience was far less disruptive than I had anticipated. I am now enjoying a much warmer and cosy home.

What a fantastic team! What started with an introduction as to how Community Home Solutions could help with bringing our 1928 built house up from a G rating to a B+ led to 3 weeks of intense work to complete internal wall insulation, solar panels, loft insulation and a air-source heat pump system! The teams worked tirelessly to be on time and each phase was actually ahead of schedule! We now have a warm, dry and more economical home!

The staff were punctual, very polite and considerate, and always explained fully what they were doing and why.
The whole team worked exceptionally hard and were both efficient and productive.
Our plumbing system gave them a few headaches, but they remained positive and professional at all times.
We are left with a lovely warm house.

I recently used CHS to deliver retrofit energy improvements to my very inefficient 1930’s semi. From initial phone call to project completion, they were brilliant! It’s so good to find a company who clearly have an excellent work ethic, are incredibly well organised and deliver top quality results. Honestly - the most efficient installation I’ve ever experienced.
Had full scheme of works installed into my property.
Heat pump and full heating system/solar and insulation system and more.
Communication, quality of work, efficiency, housekeeping and friendly first class team of people.
Ticked every box and exceeded my expectations.

Had a great experience with the recent home upgrade — new boiler and heating system, ventilation, and full insulation. The installation team did a fantastic job — polite, organised, and worked efficiently.

The new system runs smoothly and makes a real difference in keeping the house warm and comfortable. The insulation also helps a lot with saving energy. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process went better than expected.

Really happy with the results and would definitely recommend their service.

What a great experience we have had from start to finish. From the application of the paperwork and communication throughout the application, to the start of the work. We met Dan and Tom from PES (Pinewood Energy Services) who came to discuss what would be happening and where they would like to put radiators etc along with our input too. They were clean and efficient working throughout the week and kept us fully informed at every stage.
Really so very pleased with everything and really can't believe what I was eligible for based on health criteria. We now have a lovely warm cosy home and a proper full pressure on the shower too, a great side effect.

So if you're in two minds, don't hesitate give them a call and see what they can do for you too.

First class company with great communication. I had lots of work done including new boiler and radiators which took a week, but everything was well organised and completed in the time frame i was given. The work force were very polite and courteous and excellent at cleaning up ! Highly recommend them.!

Most of the time we are told, "if it's too good to be true, it's probably a con".

So after going on the local councils website to make sure the letter we received was real, (it was) AND going through Trust pilot to look at the reviews, we sent off an application. Spoke to a lovely lady named Olivia who talked us through the process and we sent off the supporting required documents to be told that we did qualify for a grant based on a health condition. We didn't believe it. Refused to believe it until contractors turned up on the first planned day and they were on time, in fact, a few minutes early **faints**

The service from start to finish has been AMAZING. I still don't think that Rob and I are feeling like this is real and everything has been completed lol. We are still pinching ourselves.

Every person who has been to our home have been a joy to have here, especially Dan and his team from Pinewood Energy Services

Communication throughout the whole experience has been excellent by the CHS team and the contractors while they were present. Professional, friendly, respectful and trustworthy.

Work started 6th October and finished yesterday. Ventilation through the house, new heating system including air source heat pump and solar panels, and loft insulation.

Just waiting for all the inspections now to take place but it's a top quality job that we are SO pleased with that I could cry with happiness.

I cannot recommend highly enough and will tell anyone who listens 😁

Very good service and very efficient, the guys that came and did it were very friendly efficient started early and finished late did a lot of work each day and were all brilliant all pleased and happy thank you
