I wasn’t rushed to take the steps inorder to restore my password. Khaya was very helpful and patient and took the time to explain the steps I was taking.

Had Mr Gary S in today. F2537. Very polite and explained everything so well. He had very good communication prior and during his visit. Highly recommend and thank him for his time.

I had spent 1hr trying to reconnect my booster but was failing miserably.I got in contact with AGENT JB who was able to assist me with getting reconnected. She was polite, friendly, confident, reasurring and knowledgeable whilst solving my issue. Outstanding customer service. Thank you AGENT JB

Excellent set up by Ganesh Suresh who was very professional and knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process. He gave us his contact details and we were able to access his advice the day after! Would highly recommend.

I was anxious at the start of the call, but he changed everything with his calm way of speaking and analytical approach. Brilliant service, keep up the good work. It has taken over a week and I am still not happy the support is limited they arrive and then tell me they must return . The engineers harras me over parking and don’t do their jobs worrying about parking . This is not my responsibility to arrange or accommodate

Would you believe the Community Fibre-provided wifi router that's sitting in my front room window would provide good coverage in my back bedrooms upstairs? I wouldn't have! Amazing results. The exterior installation was very professional, excellent communication about an early morning appointment. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Community Fibre was able to install my service so quickly after ordering, even though a fibre cable needed to be run. BT/Openreach fibre was already available at my house, but I would recommend Community Fibre instead -- faster all around.
