It took a long time for the goods to…

It took a long time for the goods to arrive. The box was damaged as though it had been opened before. The device did not work in my car. Couldn't work out how to charge it as the ZUSB lead went into the device with the C socket to be fitted into something. My email to customer service was answered very quickly. Think my Suzuki 2016 may be too old

The product doesn’t performed as it was…

The product doesn’t performed as it was advertised. It doesn’t have much strength at all. It is a rip-off! And if you try to get your money back they will do everything they can so you don’t get it back. When I requested a refund, they started by saying that my email and my purchase was not in their records, in other words I never bought anything from them. After they asked for proof of purchase which they never sent to me by email or any other form (I had to show them my PayPal receipt). Later they offered me 25% back if I kept the product which I refused. After that they offered me 40% discount which I refused again. They answered they would have to send my request to the manager. Finally I got very upset and I said that I was going to get the refund through PayPal and in 15 minutes they (the hose company) had put the money back in my account. So beware!
