Is there a “zero star” rating?! This company took my money, has yet to provide product - 2 months later-and keeps sending the SAME lame email response to please be patient. I know I’ll never see this order. Has anyone successfully gotten a refund??
Isn’t there any way to get my money back????

Terrible scam. Ordered eight items, and received 3, of which are poor quality and would fit someone half my size, despite saying they are size large. I measured and ordered according to their sizing chart - not the least bit close. I have emailed twice about my concerns and the remainder of my order, with no reply. It has been nearly three months now. This is a complete scam with no accountability. I would recommend filing a complaint with the shipping entity they must answer to in order to ship nationally. They are the only agency that will hold them accountable.

Wish I had read reviews before wasting my money. Ordered 3 items. Received 2- one of which was not what I ordered and both were extremely poor quality. Company has yet to return my inquiries about a refund.

Total scam, items don't look like the pictures and are low quality. They offered 20% refund gor a jumper with a hole in the middle of the jumper and asked me to fix it. Spent 12 emails asking for a refund and each time met with another hurdle or another 10% refund. When I got to 80 % they did finally agree to refund. Whether I ever get it we will see.

Do not buy from Comfyplan. Nothing I ordered was the appropriate size for the sizing charts despite being labeled as the correct size. To make a return, you will have to pay to ship your items back to China and you are not guaranteed a refund. They will offer you a 15% refund to keep the items and have them altered. Poor quality, poor fit.

Bloody awful products. The garments are NOTHING like the beautiful pictures. After being offered up to 25% refund and keep these flammable nasties, I returned the flimsy cardboard boots and "cotton" (read flimsy cheap polyester lining printed material) cowboy shirt. I kept the cardigan out of sheer frustration. It cost me A$55 in postage because they don't combine, and then A$38 to send the stuff back. RIP OFF!

Slow but def not a scam. Got my stuff weeks later. Runs large.

Ordered a cotton blend, knit scarf in a leaf pattern. Received a double-knit jersey rectangular strip of fabric.

Ordered a pale gray and rainbow-striped sweater, it arrived dark gray with muddy mustard, maroon, and forest green stripes.

Communication with the company offers little in the way of gaining your money back. Return charges exceed the original cost. Company encourages you to take a nominal refund (10%) instead of returning item.

Be smarter than I was. Don't bother ordering.

Ordered woolly hat. after paying £10 postage
No sign after 2 weeks.
Emailed them to get help.
No reply. Two days later emailed again.
Still no reply.
I cant find any info and compfyplan are nowhere to be found.
My opinion is this is a scam site. Dont use them.
