Claiming to sell Judy Blue products and shipping out inferior quality, no-name merchandise directly from China, not from California as their website claims they are based. (Interestingly, their marketing emails use a Canadian address instead.) If you want to return, you have to foot the cost to send the item back to China, despite the fact that they are not selling what they claim to be selling. I had to file a PayPal dispute to receive a 50% refund that brought what I paid more in line with what I received -- which was not the quality I know Judy Blue products to be. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Avoid buying from this website.

If I could give zero stars I would, ripoff cheating company. Saying products are name brand and sending crap! Shame on you!

I just want to echo what everyone else has said about this company. I ordered an item for Christmas on December 5 and still have not received the item and its almost the new year. Once I placed the order an additional international fee was added to the purchase!! I have not received a shipping update since the initial purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This website is a scam. I received my order after waiting a month, but when I tried to do a return, I could not get in contact with the company. The email they list you get no reply from/the emails bounce back unsent and the number they list on their website is no longer in service. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Stay away.

I placed my order on June 18th and it arrived July 19th. I ordered the wideleg jumpsuit. The photos and videos on the website showed jumpsuits made from soft terry like or cotton stretchy material that looked like exactly what I had been searching for. Here comes the fun part. When I opened the package the items received were anything but what was advertised.
1. the sizes did not match product measurements in the sizing guide (I ordered a small thinking given the measurement guide and that it was suppose to be stretchy it would have been the perfect size).
2. the fabric was not at all what was advertised.....I wish I could post a picture to show the awful quality of what they shipped...it was as thin as paper, stiff and looked like it was made from recycled plastic bottles. (I thought to myself if i wash it will it magically morph into what its suppose to be like...but hence the website instructions said must be returned in original condition, with tags...so I couldnt test that theory)
3. I emailed the company right away ..the same day I got the shipment and to date still no response.
4. I tried calling multiple times and the number given 646-741-9439 goes straight to an unidentified vmbox.

I would have to agree with the other two reviews....this is a SCAM! I doubt I will ever get a refund on my purchase...I had purchased four in different colors as they were having a sale (the products were 50% off):

what have I learned....going forward I will do my due diligence and deep dive into finding out if the company is actually legit before placing any orders.

Wish I had seen these other reviews before ....but now hopefully this will help someone else not get scammed.

Horrible customer service. Email address listed on the website isn't active. Phone number goes to some random persons 'confidential voicemail'. Product took more than a month to arrive and is NOT as described. I cannot even get it on based on how the garment was made. There are no options for returning in this situation. I plan to dispute with Paypal.

I checked the website to see if it was a US site; the customer service hours for phone are listed "Pacific Standard Time". There is a customer service email. I placed my order on June 5, then waited. And waited. And changed my mind and emailed to cancel. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Called. No answer- went to voicemail. Disputed the charge with Discover. THEN on JUNE 26 I get a notice that the order has SHIPPED! Continued to email, no replies, their server eventually responds with "your email is spam". Continued to call, no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They are located in China & its a scam to sell to US customers.

First did not get then was disputed to Discover came. Looks like they threw junk in there that had been returned once wrong sizes poor quality. Then when try to send back will not get back with me to return. Scam don’t buy complete scam from China!
