Complete scam. It took weeks to receive the product with no updates. Then the product was not at all what was pictured . They admitted in emails that they use varying material as they see fit. Then told me I would need to pay to ship back to China to get my refund. They then tried to give me 10 percent refund instead. Ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM!!

If I could give less than one star I would! This company is a complete fraud and I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing! The wrong item was sent after waiting a month and then I was asked to send it back to an address in their ‘new warehouse’ in China. Fast forward 2.5mths and countless emails later and NO refund as promised. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I bought a jumpsuit they claim was delivered but it was not. Why ? Because the courier does not exist. She uses a fake one & fake notifications. Sandra promised a refund/replacement if I could get proof the package was lost. The courier they provided didn’t even have a number. So I asked her to do it on my behalf only for her to respond with the same robotic message saying it was delivered. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Lost $62.94 And a birthday outfit how many reviews does it take to shut this business down. She eggs it on for months on purpose so you lose the opportunity to dispute with your bank.

SCAM! Ordered a dress described as lace and organza fabric. When they came the sizing they sent was one size too small. Also not the item I even ordered. It was a cheap chinese knock off not fitting the description or images of the dress on site at all. I tried to request a refund and they just send a message saying they will help but haven’t sent me a return label or a refund confirmation yet when that’s what I demanded. If they don’t, at least I can sue and dispute it. They promise high quality but don’t send what you order and instead send something like it that was probably sewn by a child. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!! I was scammed. They also don’t allow people to leave reviews on their site. Huge red flag I ignored because the images on site were so nice. They do not sell the actual items on site and everything comes from china but they advertise it’s from the states. Also told shipping is 3-5 busn days which I paid for as expedited and it took 2 weeks. LIARS!

We ordered two jumpsuits. They charged our card immediately, despite the items shipping two weeks later, and then arriving late (were to have been a gift). What was sent was not what was ordered, and they acknowledged this and chose to send substitute items. We have asked for a full refund and not received it. They said we had to ship it back to China at our expense before issuing a credit. We requested pre-paid postage to send it back, and they have failed to respond. We have filed a fraudulent claim with our credit card company. Purchase from them at your own peril.

Ordered 2 Judy blue shorts one pair fit perfect the other 2 sizes to big. Then was told I would have to pay return shipping to CHINA even though they are in California in order to get refund. I’m sorry they did offer a 15% discount that’s nice but still never going to be able to wear bunch of morons!!! They are scammers, do not stand behind what they sell and are complete idiots do yourself a favor DO BUY ANYTHING from there.

I ordered a dress according to a picture from the website. What I received was a flat looking dress that was possibly sewed by a 5 years old. It looked nothing like the picture. I contacted them over and over about the defective item and they wouldn't pay for shipping back to China which would have cost me a least another of $32. The dress is not wearable and I lost my money.

Got scammed 300 dollars, waited 1 month the package tracking did not update, will not purchase again. Successfully disputed the charge but the customer service contacted me and threatened to sue me if I don't pay the money back. I hired an attorney and I am ignoring them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

They sent me the wrong dress and when asked they agreed they did. They told me I could return it for a refund but would need to pay to ship it back to China and my shipping to me wouldn’t be refunded. I had to open a PayPal claim against them. Do not shop with them.

Well here we go ordered a jumpsuit set it was a size 3 and I asked for a large it took 2 months to get here now I'm trying to get my money back and they're sending me emails from another company they do not have a 1-800 number no customer service number that works you have to take pictures of the clothes if you want to return I am so disappointed they have poor customer service I will let you know if I get my money back but looking at the reviews I don't think so.

Scam. Realized after I saw I couldn’t login to my account. Pissed and can’t dispute transaction as it’s pending but I will contact my charge company

This company is a scam. I have been waiting 2 and 1/2 months to have my order delivered. At first they told me that it was just delayed, then they told me they didn't have the full address. So the post office was holding it and processing it to be returned to sender. Now they're telling me that it was delivered January 29th even though I have screenshots proving that they're tracking system says it was being processed for return to send her January 31st. There's no phone number to contact anybody and you get the exact same generic message every time you message them. I've probably got over 40 messages back and forth and they will not give me a refund and my post office has verified they never received that package and there is no such tracking number.

Paid for express shipping only to be told a month later my order had been "processed". Almost a month and a half and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Customer service was shocking and basically told me too bad you paid and aren't getting a refund. Will not purchase from them again and strongly advise against using them. You can get the same basic Chinese made stock from other websites with better customer service.

Chinese scam company using drop shippers. Ordered Judy blues, received knock offs. One pair has no tags or branding and the other has a tag sown in that was cut-off! Shipping is super slow, took over 2 weeks to arrive (now I know why…they were shipped from China). Judy blue is an American company and never ships from China through drop shippers.

Dang, reading reviews is SO IMPORTANT y'all! I wish, I wish, I wish I would have read these before buying a dress from them (that I will probably never see). This is no doubt a scam site. I paid for express 3 day shipping a week ago now and still haven't heard from them. What a let down. ZERO stars.

I wish i would have seen these reviews before making the purchase. I ordered what was supposed to be denim jumpsuit. I got some thing totally different and now they want me to pay to mail it to China for me to get my money back. They claim they will not provide a prepaid label for their error, The item they sent me is not what i ordered. the shipping cost to china is more than what the item cost. when i was shopping online, it said the store is in California so i am confused. I tried to report this to the Better Business Bureau in California but there is no such business because this is a scam. A one star is generous for this fake store,they deserve a 0 star.

Bought a sweatshirt - what we got was not even remotely close to what was pictured. Each time we emailed the company they didn't reply for multiple days, then wanted different pictures and continued kicking the rock down the road to make it a pain... then they said they would return 20% of what we paid and we could keep the fake product we didn't want or order or we could pay for shipping back to China. Complete waste.

I wish I would have looked at these reviews earlier. What a scam! Judy Blue inspired they tell me. I am contantly getting texts and emails from Comfy Jumpsuits yet when my package finally arrived it was from a place called Abernethy. If you try to email them it comes from Premier Trust. Trust? Really? They don't deserve one star.
