These people have dozens of so called businesses claiming to be UK but actually foreign scammers

Warning, Do not buy from this company, I am still waiting on an order I placed in April it apparently reached Birmingham then never moved. Contacted customer services asking for a refund and they started the whole order process again. NOT what I wanted. Still waiting, stop telling me to be patient and just refund me Like I instructed.

I placed an order on 1 April, it is now 21 May, and the item has not arrived. Apparently, it is in transit! If I had known the item was coming from the USA, I would never have placed the order. They are pretty good at answering my emails, but all I get is as the item is in transit they cannot issue a refund, asking me to be patient! I am running out of patience! I have emailed again today asking for them to dispatch a replacement or make a full refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered 4 artificial ferns at the beginning of April, by the end of April they had not arrived and I started sending emails asking for a refund. The communication is very poor , I am repeatedly told my order is in transit . It’s now May 17th and all communication has stopped. No order and no refund. I’ve been scammed.

This company (and I use it loosely) only delivers to 🇺🇸 US look at trustpilot reviews all yes all US fulfilled all U.K. and other countries either didn’t get or got inferior items or broken!
This company suggests it is a U.K. company as it uses a co.uk email address but it is in USA
If you pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card you can claim your money back.
Also what you actually pay is NOT displayed until after you send money and only at the bottom of the page in smaller fort
If you don’t live in the USA save the upset, don’t give your hard earned money to these people!!!

I ordered goods 6 weeks ago and was receiving weekly tracking updates until the last update that goods had arrived I the UK, that was 10 days ago and heard nothing since. The whole system of contacting the company is poor you are instructed to leave a chat message but no o e gets back to you for a couple of days then get fobbed off with excuses. I recommend you don't part with your money to this company as I have asked for a refund and now the completely ignore my messages.

Scammers. Ordered a dress on 19th January 2024, still not received it after numerous requests. Same answer, "its in transit". In the hands of my credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Reading glasses never arrived they keep saying they are in transit. Avoid this company.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY!
They advertise inferior products with pictures STOLEN from small traders/businesses - these items only exist on the original site - you will not receive the item you think you have ordered.
It took me months and a Paypal case to receive reading glasses and a glass holly tree ornament.
The legs of the glasses arrived loose.
The ornament is actually an inch square piece of cloudy plastic with a badly printed sticker.
Last night I found the item I thought I had ordered - it is on a legitimate Etsy shop and when I messaged them I found out that the owner has had many similar messages already, Christmas 2023 was horrendous and her business, along with so many others, is being crushed by these scamming liars!!!
Please don't buy - report to Paypal/credit card providers - leave reviews to try to safeguard legitimate businesses.

Just check out their website - their so-called ‘family’ pic is generic and has been used many times over, on many other sites - Shawn & Erin, become Sean & Erin within the first 2 paragraphs of their story.
As mentioned by others, the Tracking Company is also a SCAM and emails are sent out to keep you tied in for a few weeks, after which they insist ‘their transit company’ is experiencing delays and the packages end up in Edinburgh - after that you hear absolutely nothing.
Their 5* ratings and successfully ‘delivered’ products are presumably published by themselves! - and unbelievably their website still exists!!!
I will be doing all I can to stop these guys from ‘stealing’ even more £

Multiple emails updating shipping for something that doesn't exist. Think they're doing it so you run out of time to charge back the payment on credit card. Have had 15 emails for shipping. No actual product

Complete scam, ordered reading glasses, it tries to con you with fake transport details to follow and the fake delivery that never happens.
E mails to them are answered with complete lies re they're busy with lots of parcels, more like they're busy lying to many more customers whom they've conned money out of for invisible items.
Why is this con artist of a business still trading, If I could it would gain the one star but unfortunately you have to complete that part.

I cannot give 0 stars, but I would if I could.
This company is a fraud.
They take your money, (and extra) you are constantly being fobbed off and told to be patient.
They will not provide proof of shipping.
I placed an order for 2 reading glasses on 26th December 2023 and I am still waiting for them to arrive.
Lesson learnt.
I hope I can prevent anyone else falling for this scam.

Didn't receive my order, and they refused to issue a refund, saying they wouldn't do this as they shipped it?? Scam. Avoid and save your money

Total scam ordered reading glasses on 31/12/23 to date still not recevied them have reached out to company to receive usless no positive feedback have now reported as a fraudulent company ‼️‼️‼️

I ordered reading glasses on Boxing Day last year and according to tracking, my order is in Belfast and has been there since 28th of January saying it’s in transit. I’ve emailed them twice about it to no avail, so I have now contacted PayPal
for a refund.

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for reading glasses to arrive absolutely ridiculous I won't be ordering again .

I don't know how this company is allowed to keep trading. Their website is misleading.
Like previous writers, I ordered what I thought glass christmas decorations from a UK company at the beginning of December but didn't receive these until end of the month (having come from America). They were cheap printed plastic ones. Tried resolving this with the company but they were not interested. Finally received a refund via PayPal. Painful process but I wasn't going to let them get away with it!
